Game changer!
This product has been a game-changer for my son. He’s on ADHD medication, which used to make it hard for him to fall asleep and stay asleep—his nights were restless, and he was constantly tossing and turning. He also struggles with restless leg syndrome, and we used to watch him wriggle around just trying to get comfortable.Since we started using this magnesium complex, he falls asleep within 15–20 minutes and stays asleep through the night. He no longer thrashes around in bed, and his activity watch shows he’s getting more deep sleep—which is so important for his growth.I also love that this tincture includes multiple forms of magnesium along with other supportive vitamins that promote healthy sleep. I couldn’t be more thrilled we found this!

Works great! I just put this in my son's milk cup daily and it helps calm him and helps with his constipation issues

Helps my toddlers sleep better throughout the night and help they fall asleep. They don’t mind the flavor if I mix it with juice. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects.

So far so good
My son (5) has autism so we initially got this to help with his focus and development. We’re on day 3 and one immediate thing we noticed is this puts him to sleep faster. He doesn’t have issues staying asleep but he’ll stay up all night if he could. We give him this right before bed time and within 20-40 mins he’s out. No struggle, just slowly gets sleepy. We’ve also noticed his behavior when he wakes up. He’s not grouchy or sluggish anymore. He wakes up calmly and more chill. So far so good. I’m hoping to see benefits of focus and development pretty soon.

We bought this as a cheaper option from another product. The price difference show as this is not as effective.

ABSOLUTELY MUST-HAVE!
As someone who has only ever used melatonin for their kiddos this has been such a great alternative. My kids aren’t so groggy the next day and with all the other added benefits this will forever be my go to
