A GREAT RPG!
☆I rate this game 9.8/10☆I have played the game just over 598 days- over 14,300 hours, between the base game & DLC.This is an EXCELLENT RPG!The game is exciting, the map is large & there are LOTS of gigs & missions...Your dialogue choices will impact the game.Your actions will affect how npc's react to you... pulling a gun may result in a fight. Kill a bystander & NCPD will come after you. If your wanted level goes to 5 stars, be ready- MAXTac may show up... they were nicknamed the "Cyberpsycho Squad". There are lots of different cars in the game... and there are autofixer terminals scattered across the map, where you can buy cars. El Capitan has different cars he wants you to steal... afterwards, you get rewards, money & a discount towards the car of your choice. There are different ways to play... the corpo, the nomad, the street kid. There are quite a few endings to choose from in the base game. There are secret endings, but there are certain requirements. There are secret achievements too. The DLC has different endings... some cost in a big way. There are LOTS of cyberware builds to choose from, based on how you play... if you prefer shotguns, or sniper rifles; if you prefer to play the netrunner, there are lots of perks & attributes, that will make V very powerful. If you are playing on Series X, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND buying the DLC Phantom Liberty! CDPR did a FANTASTIC JOB on it!The ray tracing, 4K, & all the technical advances made over the years have added up to significant visual improvements! You can put the game play on an easy, medium, or very hard setting.Keanu Reeves does a great job playing Johnny Silverhand...My review would be VERY LONG, if I were to list all the things that set this game apart from the others...You can be as good as you want to beOr you can be as bad as you want to be.When you get into the secret underground facility Militech named 'Cynosure'... you better be ready- It will have your nerves frazzled while you are down there, trying not to get caught by the Cerberus MK II robot. You can't use any cyberware or hacks while you are down there, and you can't kill it.There is a lot of intense action in the game, and interesting characters that you meet along the way- some, you build friendships with, and others you will have a romance. There are twists & turns throughout the game...

An Underrated Game
I am playing Cyberpunk 2077 on Xbox One S.When I received Cyberpunk 2077 on December 14th, my first 4 hours with the game left me feeling disappointed. "This game is so different from the 48-minute walkthrough from two years ago," I thought.Having played The Elder Scrolls IV (Oblivion) and V (Skyrim), and a copy of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II that was so damaged, half the time the game would crash before I even got to the main menu, bugs and glitches don't bother me.What *did* bother me was the feeling that I wasn't playing Cyberpunk 2077 how it was meant to be played. It was like I was playing Star Wars: The Force Unleashed on PlayStation 2, or Peter Jackson's King Kong: The Official Game of the Movie on Xbox -- if you've ever played The Force Unleashed or King Kong on Xbox 360, it's clear which console the games are meant to be played on.I uninstalled Cyberpunk 2077 after 4 hours, intending to play in March after the updates in January and February had hopefully improved the graphics. But, less than a week later, I woke up on Saturday not willing to wait months. So, I re-installed the game. And, since I knew what to expect -- since I knew that the game wasn't going to be everything I thought it was going to be -- I relaxed. The reaction to Cyberpunk 2077 reminds me of the reaction to Star Wars: The Last Jedi. I had no expectations for The Last Jedi -- there were no fan theories I hoped would be proven true -- and because I just saw the movie as it was, not as I wished it would be, it's become my favorite of the Sequel Trilogy. So, why do I like Cyberpunk 2077?1. I like that a seizure warning is included when starting the game. It shows that CD Project Red takes the well-being of its players seriously.2. I like that the game gives one the option to censor nudity. An art model, I don't see nudity as something to be ashamed of. But, people of all ages and beliefs play video games, and I'm glad CD Project Red acknowledges this reality.3. I like that I'm able to assist the police with stopping crimes. Walking to a clothing store, I hear gunshots and run towards the sound. Making the world a safer place while I'm just living my life is a feeling I haven't encountered in other role-playing games.4. I like listening to the radio. Arriving at the location of a mission, as I parked my car, a song I'd heard in that 48-minute walkthrough -- "Chippin' In" by Samurai -- played. I hadn't expected to hear it, and was so pleasantly surprised that I just sat in my car, enjoying the moment. Across the street, a man's life was in danger, and here I was, rocking out -- that was the moment I felt like a cyberpunk. (I saved the man.)5. I like just driving and seeing Night City. Cruising down the street, flipping through the radio is the kind of fun I didn't expect to have in Cyberpunk 2077.6. I like how much freedom CD Project Red gives the player. My V is like no one else's.And, this isn't about the game itself, but: I like that CD Project Red is continuing to be transparent with its customers, encouraging refunds and saying when to expect major updates. I have no reason to believe that this good game won't get better. If I had one criticism of Cyberpunk 2077, it's that at times there's so much happening on the screen -- even with elements of the HUD turned off and graphics settings changed -- that it's hard on my eyes. But that just means I don't spend hours and hours playing Cyberpunk 2077, and spend hours and hours doing things like writing and reading, so it's just as well.To the heads of CD Project Red, I say: "Be more concerned with your character than your reputation. Your character is who you really are, while your reputation is merely who others think you are." (Quote by John Wooden.)In conclusion: To quote Blade Runner 2049: "Are you satisfied with our product?"Yes.
