Tastes horrible!
This stuff tastes absolutely horrible. I guess the reason they say 1/2 cup is a serving is because you can’t possibly eat more than that at one time. I couldn’t even eat the 1/2 cup serving.

Taste Good
This taste good. It helps give you an "ice cream fix" when you are dieting. I made it and poured it in small mini muffin silicon cups and then you can even have small portions at a time. I bought Chocolate and Vanilla. Chocolate was my favorite. Even my 5 year old son tasted it and said it was good.

Good protein treat but much too expensive for a packet on amazon
I love this as an emergency protein frozen treat. It doesn’t taste like ice cream but it satisfies the craving without all the sugar. And it comes in a packet that lasts and you just mix it with water and freeze it. But through Amazon it’s insanely expensive and I wouldn’t buy it here again. These are just small packets. Other places offer a big tub of the powder

Dessert that keeps you Satisfied
I bought the chocolate. Easy and quick to make. Don't really need an ice cream maker. It needs to set out 5 or 10 minutes before eating for that creamy texture. I am an ice cream addict so this did temper my addiction. One thing I did not like about it was the after taste, hence the 4 star rating. Think I might try the vanilla -- hopeful it won't have after taste.

Had made up the whole bag for a party and was glad we did! Some as fudge type pops, some in dishes with Baileys Irish Cream added, and some in heart shaped forms... such a fun presentation! This was the most amazingly chocolate ice cream!! YUM!I had not tried this type before but always on the hunt for better options as giving up ice cream entirely is not an option...:)

Experiment to your taste and desire.
Easy to prepare, good flavor, smooth texture.Takes a bit of time to thaw as it is more Icey than I expectedI used it in chia seed pudding we enjoyed that with almond unsweetened milk.
