Needed this to get the roll pin out of my replacement key fob so I could replace the blank key shank with the original (already cut) shank. I like that it held the key fob and shank in exactly the position I needed (without which I needed two more hands to hold in place) while I held the pin tool and hammer (in my two hands) and hammered the roll pin out. It did take about 150 blows with this kit and the hammer to get the stubborn roll pin out, but without this kit, I'd tried for hours (with help from family members as well) and made NO progress, so I literally couldn't do the job without this. I like the magnetic pins and additional magnet included (stored on the underside of the kit) to help me not lose the tiny, yet vitally important, roll pin, once it came out. This kit is smaller than it appears (so it's easy to store), yet as big as it needs to be. I took off one star because one of the four pin tools broke off inside the roll pin after only about five hammer blows. The pin that ended up working, which took all the rest of the hammer blows, bent significantly (but I was able to straighten it back out with pliers so I could complete the job, and that one didn't break).

This little device did exactly what I needed it to do. Don't know how often I'll get to use it but it's a lot cheaper than buying a new key fob from the dealer. I ordered a third party key fob and used this to remove the key part and move it to the new key fob. Worked very well.

Works as advertised. Pin was easy to remove on broken remote, but not so easy to install on new key fob. If the re-installation would have been easier, 5 stars

$10 for the two shells. Watch videos on how to use it. I saved a lot of $$ over going to the dealer. This jig holds the fobs in place and with the rolled pin push-tools and magnets under the pin-drop trays so you don't loose them. With this jig you can start a side business repairing FOBs

good cuaity, not to much easy to use, maybe it was the key, I try to put agian the stick on the new key but it did not work at the end i have to do some adjustments but not the adecuate proceedure.
