Style:Wide 6 Drawer | Color:Black The Adeptus real solid wood roll cart is a versatile piece of furniture great for any room in the home. Use it in your art/craft/project/sewing room to store your supplies. The drawers are easily removed to be used as trays, keeping your work area organized and efficient. Use it in your kitchen to store standard length rolls of kitchen wrap and kitchen linens. Use it in the garage to organize and store tools and hardware. Use it in the bathroom for curling irons, flat irons, makeup and other essentials. In the home office, it can store full reams of paper, and countless office supplies. The 6 drawer units will roll under the desk to maximize space while the 8 drawer units maximize their footprint with the two extra deep drawers for larger items. In the living room or bedroom, the 6 drawer units will double as side tables while the 8 drawer units have deeper drawers to store movies and video games. However you choose to use it, the front locking casters will keep it in place.

Nicer than plastic, pretty well made.
I found this at a clearance store, at a substantially lower price; bought two to store supplies used in caring for our birds (another story). They are the right size, with the right size drawers, and sturdy enough for the stuff I need to store. I fitted the drawers with small plastic baskets (the kind used, e.g., for silverware). Assembly was reasonably straightforward, though the drawer slides did not go in and putting in the screws was not trivial. On the other hand, the tolerances are fairly generous, so a degree of imprecision in assembly is OK. I was not rushing, and this still went together in a couple hours. The casters are small, but rolled along well enough from Weber I put it together to the birds' room, across hardwood, a couple Oriental rugs and some fairly deep pile wall to wall. Loaded, I would expect problems, though. For what I paid -- around $45 each -- these are much nicer looking and substantially sturdier than the plastic equivalents. Not clear to me I would pay much more than that.

Not bad for pine. needs better casters & holes need to be predrilled.
For the money, this is not that bad of a cart.Pine is a soft wood and dings easily, so try not to hit it against something hard. The casters are the worst I have seen in recent memory. Two of them have a locking feature and are meant to be used as the front casters so you can roll the are against the wall and lock them so it doesn't roll. However, the locking mechanism on those 2 is also cheap and they sometimes lock themselves.Another reviewer mentioned that the drawers slide on plastic rails and not ball-bearings. I expected as much due to the price of the item; ball-bearing rollers are pretty expensive, more so if they are nice ones.My biggest complaint is that the drawers face and back plates were didn't have predrilled starter holes for the screws. This would have added little to the cost and would have made assembling the unit so much faster and easier.All-in-all I would buy another one and actually have the need for a second unit. Having already assembled one, now I know what to expect and would predrill the holes, I just need a smaller bit for my Dremel tool.

Skip this and buy something from Ikea instead!
Bought off of Woot! deal...for the price, I should’ve gone to Ikea.- solid wood is very light and low quality. It’s solid wood only for the sake of being real wood, not for any better quality. One of the drawer sides arrived split in half length wise (which I wood-glued together).- assembly was ridiculously tedious...Phillips screws cammed out too easily before they were tightened, I ended up having to predrill holes for the screws so I could put the screws in straight without stripping the heads.- one of three castors doesn’t swing right, so moving it is difficult.- 3 of 6 drawers are tight to open, since they just slide on the plastic rails...no roller/bearing mechanism. You need to use one hand to hold the unit back while pulling on the drawer front. We bought this to use as a printer cart and to store ink cartridges and paper. If I had to do it over, for this price and quality I should’ve driven an hour to Ikea and bought a better particle board unit for less money.

Nice looking and has lots of room
I have to say almost the complete opposite of the other person that left a review. I love this cabinet. I actually want another one but I can't seem to find one. The drawers work perfect, it looks nice, has plenty of room and it's all solid wood. One thing where he is right is the casters area bit chincy. I have it on carpet so I can't expect it to roll perfectly. I am hoping I can buy another one when it becomes available.

Looks nice but too lightweight. Balsa-like pine.
I agree with the hunk of garbage. Got the tall 6+2 as an art cart for my mom. Doesn't roll on carpet at all even when empty. Frame structure is real wood but ridiculously flimsy for that tall of a roll around cart. Might roll better on concrete, would NOT use those wheels on laminate. Pre drilled holes were not deep enough for casters. Told mom NOT to try and move it once full. The rubberwood art cart I have is 10x better and wasn't much more $. Should have stuck with one I knew could roll around... empty AND full.

Bought off of Woot via Amazon and all I can say is this thing is a hunk of garbage. The casters don't roll properly and have a good amount of resistance to turning. Even after squaring the frame the drawers are sticky, as well as the construction being finicky and imprecise at best.
