These were great!! I love to use real vanilla beans when canning fruit or baking goodies. They came exactly as pictured and sealed in a vacuum sealed bag, which gave me the idea of using my vacuum seal-a-mealer to seal the pods in sets of 1-2 so that they stay fresh and I don't have to rush to use them all. This worked great and they have lasted me over a year now! They are great quality and I will be getting more of them once they are in stock again.

The vanilla beans did not smell like other vanilla beans I have purchased. They had a odor that was a little off. I will not purchase them again.

I was a little worried about ordering something without any reviews but I am glad I took a chance on this item! Beans came exactly as shown in the picture. I was looking for organic vanilla beans that had the USDA Organic stamp on the package. This one does. These beans are plump and moist with a nice vanilla aroma. Would order again!

Very large moist beans! Almost twice the size of another brand of vanilla beans that I have previously ordered! Will most definitely reorder.

I use vanilla bean for when I make my syrups so I was excited when I found that the package that came to me was just as promised. Many times when I have made my syrups I have purchased beans (usually 2-4 beans per container) I have found the beans to be flavorful yet pretty dried out even thought they were store bought in a seal container. The beans I received from this company Still held some of their plumpness instead of the leathery stuff I was purchasing. When I opened the package the wonderful smell of vanilla wrapped around me. I used my normal amount for my syrups, even though the beans were much larger then I am use to, which produced a very nice flavor throughout my creations. I will be purchasing more because these are well worth their price and quality.
