HDMI Adapter for iPhone/Android, ZIKO 2m/6.5ft Lighting to HDMI Adaptor Micro USB to HDMI Cellphone Screen to TV/Projector/Monitor Adapter Cable 1080p High Definition for iOS and Android Devices

This usb to hdmi cable works well. I searched High and low for a cable that would connect my Samsung J-3 star phone to my HD TV. The male USB connector wouldn't connect to my phone on many others I tried , but this cable did the job. I am a real movie buff on the weekends and I put my Amazon Prime Video to work.

So upset about this product. Used it twice and then it would not work any longer. It DOES NOT work with anything that has HDCP protection. This is not my biggest complaint as many devices do not work with HDCP. This product states in the description it won't work with HDCP protected items. My complaint is that it doesn't allow me to view anything on my TV from my phone/ipad/etc. It just stays on the main screen showing you how to use the device. It doesn't work with either Android or iOS as i've tried both to make sure it wasn't an Apple issue. Of course I can't return it as the window has closed to return. Now I am stuck with an adapter that doesn't work and out the money I paid for it. My advice is pay a little more and get an adapter made by Apple or one that is specific to Android. If anyone knows how I could possibly make a return through Amazon after the return window has closed please advise.

**Update: it doesn’t work with an android at all. And I can’t get it to do both sound and picture at the same time with my iPhone. ☹️**I thought this didn’t work but after some experimenting I realize that it needs to be plugged into the wall, tv, and phone at the same time. This means I had to also buy a usb to wall outlet and an extension cord because it couldn’t reach my TV.

Didnt work!!!!! It tells you that it will download anything it wants on your phone, if you dont accept it. It wont let you screen it. Once you finally screen it, hulu and netflix dont work!!wtheck??? Only youtube. Bt i bought it for Netflix and hulu. Piece of junk. And it doesn't even go full screen. Its half the rv screen. Asking for a refund.

Would not play audio on any tv or monitor, you could put a patch cord from phone to tv to tv if you have right cord, could get sound from phone to Bluetooth speaker if you have one handy, or you could close caption if available. Pretty much you not getting sound from this device. And if you try and get help good luck, could only get to web site for selling items no support!, guess you get what pay for, if you want to just mirror your picture/video from phone to tv your good to go😞

Works well but be advised the connection for Android is for the older smaller cords. Had to buy a separate adaptor

Worked first time I plugged it in to both Android and iPhone, but has not worked since, regardless what I do. Cable works, I think, but for some reason, my phones will not connect with it anymore.

Works perfect with iPhone X didn’t work with xfinty mobile app. Didn’t work with my Samsung Note 3 but it could be just out dated on my end, worked with you tube and telemundo steaming the World Cup nice and clear picture with volume. Only draw back is the length of the usb another 12 inches would have been nice. Otherwise al in all did what it was supposed to do. I would by again
