EDIT: After some great customer service from Lieblingsladen, I am now in possession of a new bottle that is working as intended. Therefore I am editing this rating to five stars to reflect my original impressions of the bottle. The first review is below and I am optimistically willing to believe that I was simply unlucky in getting a defective bottle.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I bought two of these for myself and a friend. The first time we put hot water in them it was clear that mine was defective - the outer wall was warm to the touch whereas his was cool, and the temperature of the water in mine dropped rapidly in comparison. I would hazard a guess at saying that the vacuum had gone, thereby killing the insulation. There was no sign of any damage from shipping and the bottle had not been dropped or knocked.It's a shame I had to return mine as the bottle itself was really nice - the cap felt substantial with no leaking, the matt orange finish looked great and the exposed steel detailing was a lovely touch. The overall production quality seemed high, so perhaps this was a one off that slipped past quality control. I'll update this review if I get round to buying a replacement.

I'm afraid I am going to have to return this product as it is not what it states it is in the write up. I read the details of the product a stainless steel bottle that was supposed to be double walled BPA insulation flask for hot and cold! Instead I have the top or two of them but no bottles to attatch them to, this is not what it says in the product detail. I know the picture shows a top but the details state a stainless steel bottle, I read these details 4 times before buying. So beware before buying.

Not only does the bottle look the part but it does the job too. It keeps water cool for a very long time as well as keeping tea/coffee warm for roughly the same period.No complaints from me - love it!

Exactly what I wanted, been using a while now for working whilst having coffee throughout the day, coffee stays very hot for hours! this works very well for both coffee and water, and it is sturdy - for the price I can't think of any downsides.

Fantastic bottle keeps drinks very hot for hours and hours. So far have tried 12 hrs and still too hot to drink. Have 2 different sizes of these now. Highly recommend, colours are great as well, doesn’t leak and great carry handle.

Bought this for the wife who prefers drinking warm water. This has survived falling from a height several times without a dent and keeps water hot for 6+hours. Depending on how hot the water is. Very well made and sturdy bottle. Heat doesn’t get transferred to the outside of the bottle and no condensation seen. Also doesn’t affect the taste of the water like some bottles do. Definitely recommend this.

The qottle does what it says, keeps liquids hot or cold for a LONG period (haven't tried 24 hrs yet). It is a bit on the heavy side but it's a lovely looking bottle! Have bought a second one! :)

They really do keep liquids hot. Read the safety instructions as if you use boiling water - it remains very hot for ages. Nice product and good service

This bottle broke the third day of usage! The hand of the lid broke off and the lid got stuck inside the bottle and had to throw it out

These water bottles are brilliant. They do what it says on the tin and the added bonus of a ringed lid is brilliant.

Bought as a gift, comes in lovely packaging and he really likes it. Good high quality bottle.

I've been after a smart water bottle for a while but there are so many, this one is lovely. It has a lovely textured feel & the weight comes from it being a flask style.

Awesome bottle, perfect the morning cups of tea. Keeps my Yorkshire tea warm right through the day.
