I used for the creases of my nose which I used on the highest setting to get better suction. My face was red and a little ...
I have very oily skin.. I used this for the first time yesterday, and today my skin is MUCH less oily! I knew it was working when I saw all the gunk on the attachment head. I started out with the lowest setting then went over again with the second setting. I used the exfoliating head which was brushing off any dead skin. The smallest oval shaped head, I used for the creases of my nose which I used on the highest setting to get better suction. My face was red and a little sore afterwards, but that subsided within maybe 20-30 minutes. I think I went a little hard on a couple spots because today I have a red mark on my cheekbone and forehead. Nothing to worry about though. I did shower before using it but I wish I had sat with a hot towel on my face for a few minutes right before. The only complaint I have about this product is that the directions that it comes with do not make any sense. I think it's broken English? So i recommend reading all the directions and descriptions that Amazon provided. Overall, I recommend this product, it helped remove the grease and shine, and hopefully it will eventually even out my skin tone, remove blackheads and shrink my pores, and give me a natural glow.

An effective and efficient product for blackheads
I am so happy to find this product because it is good at removing blackheads around the nose area. I used to squeeze blackheads out by hands with appropriate power and it takes a lot of time, but now I can adjust the suction power using this product. It is effective and efficient.

Don't waste your money
Didn't work at all. Followed all instructions and tried all of the heads. Just left bruising everywhere and extracted nothing. I meant to return it but now my "return window" time has passed so I guess I'll just be throwing in the trash! Don't waste your money.

Not good for oily skin
Unfortunately for me this product didn’t do anything. I tried several different times, using different attachments , and different strengths. I do have oily skin so perhaps it’s not best for oily skin.

Very disappointed. I think I was supposed to recieve 5 tips? I only got three, as included in the picture.The instructions are written in fragmented incorrect english.I wish I spent my money on a real official FDA approved product, this one is a waste!!!

Didn't work for blackheads
Did not work for me as it supposedly did for other reviewers. I have LOTS of large blackheads and oily skin... not helpful.

Does not work and bruises your face
This product does not work. It didn't pull anything out and bruised my face. It's been 24 hours and the marks are still there.
