I was wondering what the heck I ordered when I opened a large box to see a small black bag. I couldn’t believe everything fit in that small, black bag, but it did! The cones were a little wonky at first from being kept at a curve in the bag.My trainer was more excited than I was when she saw everything this set contained. She immediately grabbed the agility training sheet and learned new ways to “torture” us during camp. The yellow cones were a bit thinner than expected, but didn’t fly away in the wind when on the grass. Probably the biggest bonus is the bag is an actual zipper bag instead of one that ties at the end.I can vouch for how well everything works thanks to my trainer. I highly recommend this agility training kit.

I set this set up in my backyard for my 13 year old daughter who is a soccer diehard works out for hours. She enjoys the workout with the different types of low cost training equipment which really helps with her agility. What is even nicer is everything can then be packed up and stored in it own tote bag. This can also be taken on the road to soccer tournaments so your child can workout in the hotel in preparation for the tournament.

The jump rope is good. My kid enjoyed trying all the different workouts shown in the pamphlet that comes with the equipment. It has a small soccer ball inside that you need to inflate. I feel like the ladder could've used better way of keeping it down on the ground. We had to readjust it a few times and finally found bricks and we used one on each end to hold the ladder down firmly.

Son uses this agility ladder daily. Its easy to place but the stakes are pretty weak. Love the added bonuses. My daughter loves the resistance bands and ball tether. Decent price and quality.

The Agility Training Equipment Set is great. It came neatly packaged in a tote, near ready for use. If setting up by yourself, I would recommend prepping the ladder in advance to space everything out to your liking. The ladder & cones stay put while in use (artificial grass not included), the resistance bands are decent quality, jump rope is nothing out of this world but good to have included, & the training guides are a very nice touch. I have not used the soccer training belt but my nephew has given it his seal of approval. Would recommend to a friend! Thanks for reading

There are a lot of agility sets but this is the first that I've seen with fitness bands! The bands are clearly labeled for ease of use. The soccer ball trainer was a bit difficult to set up but I'm hoping my granddaughter will like it. I really like that it comes with it's own carrying bag.

My son got these to use to improve his soccer. He has used them maybe 5-6 times now and they seem good. He says, "I like the stuff. You can review it five stars," so there you go. It seems perfectly nice for the cost. I mean, not high end, but who needs this sort of thing to be high end? Overall pleased!My rating scale:5=great *for the price*/as described4=overall good/fine, but there is some sort of drawback or it is not that great given the price3=there is an issue that means I would likely not get this again2= I would probably never rate something a 2 because 1 is "do not buy/really not good" and 3 is "some issues that I would cause me not to buy again" and so I'm not sure really what 2 would be1= do not buy/really not good/major issues.
