Back adjustment handle came broken.
When I opened the box I noticed the handle in the box after I took out the parts to assemble. I didn't know where it went until after I put the chair together and the back would slide down , after reviewing the display photos I realized that the back adjustment handler was broken. I would really like another part sent out. Other than that chair seems good.

A extremely well designed and built rolling stool. It offers superior back support and posture comfort. It is adjustable for height and rolls smoothly on hard surfaces. Helps prevent fatigue too. I like it.
