I'd read about Lithium Orotate as showing some promise for anxiety (not the same Lithium as you read about in Victorian novels or what is typically prescribed by a doctor; this is less strong and a different compound) and decided to give it to a family member to manage their anxiety symptoms in managing a troubling health prognosis. It's hard to know if it's helping, because they are managing a lot, and of course, managing the introduction of new medicines, too. But this is not interfering according to their management team, and not causing any deleterious effects.

I have been taking lithium orotate for about a year now at 5-20mg per day and have found that it can keep me more steady mood with less swing. I usually take more on days that are worse without any issue. I would say to test this out since it can have effects though you shouldnt notice much at a 5mg dose but its best to be safe, or just take it before bed.nonGMO, cGMP, and 3rd party claims.

Because quality is so important to me, I searched for more information on this company and was surprised that despite their claims to third party testing, there is absolutely no transparency on where any type of independent testing is done or what the results are.These tablets are small and easy to take, the bottle is about half full, and the "best by" date for the bottle I received in October 2024 is January 2034 which is the longest expiration I've ever seen on a bottle of supplements.These contain fillers such as microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate which isn't ideal to me since I use more than one supplement but may be less concerning for those who don't use more than one or two supplements at a time.

So I did some homework on this and it seems a lot of studies recommend this for general mild anxiety. I take 1 a day as directed and after 2 weeks I do seem less tense than I was. I tke it a few hours after dinner before bed and that seems most effective but as with all things of this nature YMMV. I however hope this continues to ease the tension as it gets more into my system.

I take a half a tab a day, but when I use my little pill splitter, often the tabs shatter. Not great. I had another brand before and had no issues. I guess having a 65 mg tab would be better for me.
