Received the Food Dehydrator undamaged and visually good condition. Exterior surface looks easy to keep clean. Inside probably a little more difficult but certainly doable. However, NO Instruction Manual was included in the package. Proved to be a little confusing when trying to set the timer. But finally got it figured out, up and running. Looking forward to final outcome of first use. Product has perfect capacity for intended uses.Dehydrator appears to be efficient at this first use. I’m satisfied at this point and looking forward to many more such outcomes.Thanks Amazon for offering this product and for the free shipping with Prime.

I have no clue what the square metal thing with metal spikes attached with zip ties is used for. No suggestions either for the silicone sheet and other sheet. No instructions on how to use the dehydrater. Just timing on different foods. That I can find anywhere. After I dehydrate some apples, I will return.The unit works well. I used it to dehydrate apples and they turnout perfectly. Next I will dehydrate basil.

I’ve only used the dehydrator once but I was quite impressed with it so far.The unit comes with the dehydrator unit, stainless steel mesh shelves, ss skewers, silicone oven mitt, instruction book with recipes, and silicone tray liners.It has an easy-to-read digital display making setting temperatures easy.I made ground beef jerky and it turned out pretty well. I think I will need to use it a few times to get the best results but that’s okay. The dehydrator is easy to clean and I found that you just need to wipe it out with a damp cloth but you can wash the removable shelves in soap and water.This unit comes in different shelf quantity configurations.For a mid-priced stainless steel dehydrator, I’m impressed with the quality.

Fits on the counter, but we are careful to pull it out from under the wood cabinets when using. The unit is pretty straight forward, just follow the instructions. LOVE the recipe book, as I didn't have any experience making jerky. As expected, the mesh trays are bit hard to clean - use a stiff bristle brush and a toothbrush for the corners. Hanging the jerky was an experience, lol. But the jerky when done was GREAT. Now that I know how to do it, it's a breeze. Have had no issues with the unit, the timer works well. The temp control (see the instructions) seems reliable, although I didn't actually test to verify temp. Made some dried fruit (bananas and apples) and that worked well too. I like that there are 10 dry racks plus other accessories that came with it, it's a complete kit. I won't use it every day, but it is a great option to have. Like the product and it works well for me. Fit and finish is good, no rough edges.
