This is NOT the Flawless Shaver! Knockoff brand!
Not as advertised. This is not the Flawless Shaver. It's a knockoff brand. Head fell off when I opened it to insert the battery. I don't mind that the box was ripped, I am mad that it's not what was advertised and it's plain to see it was used as there are scratches on the the case as well as finger prints on the "rose gold finish". Buyers Beware.

Total thumbs down on the quality!
NOT a good quality AND NOT the “Flawless” brand! The casing on this one is cheap plastic and on a brand new battery the unit died after only the third/fourth use. Also, I had a horrible time trying to get it started EVERY time. I say again... This is NOT the “Flawless” brand!I will go with the “Flawless” brand like my sister has! Even though more expensive, it has proven to be so much better in usage AND quality.

Initally worked well but stopped working after one month
Initially I really liked this product but it stopped working after one month, despite initially thinking it was just the battery. The light will turn on but the motor is not working. For the price, not worth the gamble.

Product arrived on time and it's exactly as described. So far, I've used it for the hair on my upper chin, little beard and some fine hair around my brow and hairline and there were no issues. it worked perfectly. totally worth the price.

Not the genuine product.
When this item arrived, the box was mangled and the cleaning brush was gone. Also wouldn’t run if the top blade part was secured properly. Only when half undone. Fasted return I’ve ever done.

Handy little gadget.

Didn't cut any hair
Unfortunately the shaver would not cut a single hair. Even if you put a hair purposely in, it still would not cut. Not too sure why. Had to return it.
