I love this product, there are many versions you can get, but a lot are costly. This one is very good, I was scared at the beginning that it would be broken fast, but I have been using it for 8 months. My comb broke so I emailed the owner, I got a new one back. She is very thoughtful and can help you with all the problems related to this product. I have struggled with acne and this works to fade away the dark spots and scars. Overall a 10/10, worth the money!

The first set I ordered burned out (glass “bulb” attachments would not turn on or make any noise) immediately when I turned on the device, and the second set I received end of September. I have only used it on the lowest setting possible and it still completely stopped working today. Do not buy, I would love a refund.

I really liked this product, it’s easy to change out wands. It adjusts to give the frequency that best fits you. My face was so smooth and it has gotten tighter, my eye wrinkles have Minimized. Also I was able to see the difference in my hair, I had colored it before I used it I have used it 2 times a week since June 7 and I see the new growth faster then normal I usually go 4 to 5 weeks, also my hair has more shine to it, I highly recommend trying this product.

I’ve been using this for months and I can really tell a different in my face texture and my hair growth! I have been using it on a lower setting but gradually working my way up. I do feel like the attachments don’t feel super secure in the wand and they bounce around so you have to really hold the top of the glass attachments when you use it.

Its not what I expected,, there is no logo as the photo ,, the name of the brand is not there .. the boxing is different.. i return it back ..

As I have gotten older I have found my hair was breaking off in a few places so I did some research and aside from a dietary imbalance……my hair is lacking nutrients as well. Following my doctor’s regime my hair is growing back in the spots it was missing from and I decided to try this comb as part of my regiment. This week was the first time I attempted to use the comb and it was working great until the glass comb slipped out and broke. I immediately emailed the company asking how do I replace the comb, as I was willing to pay for the replacement. Not only did they respond quickly, they are in the process of shipping me a replacement comb free of charge and it will be here in a few days. So although I cannot yet attest to if the comb will make a difference, I can say that the customer service itself is remarkable! Once I have the comb replacement, I will try it again and provide an update on the comb usage itself.
