Good finishing oil for Italian dishes
This is a very fruity olive oil. I always do a taste test with a new brand buy dipping a small piece of plain bread into the oil. This one was mild, fresh tasting and you actually could taste olive. I use it mixed with canola oil for frying and straight for finishing Italian dishes. This is a good choice.

Rich and robust EVOO
Relatively rich and robust taste for this price point. I find this unfiltered and cold-pressed olive oil from Sicily to be best for dressing, finishing dishes, and drizzling. Packaging is a large colorful tin which seems to keep it fresh longer.

Polyphenols
I read where you can test olive oil for polyphenol content (like hydroxytyrosol and oleuropein) by placing a spoon full in the back of your mouth. If you get a tingling sensation, it's good stuff. This stuff has quite a tingle to it!

Cost is too high for a 17 oz container
Ok product for the price. This is a very small container and I didn't pay attention to size when I purchased it.

I ate this so quickly that I feel guilty
Besides the olive oil that I used to get directly from my Cypriot friend's farm, this is the best olive oil I've had in the states. Honestly, try it out, it'll be worth it. I'd suggest using it as a finishing oil so you get more of the flavors directly. You'll love it. It lasted me 2 weeks.
