Mechanically works as intended; my ears seem to be too sensitive for this product.
While is thing works as it is supposed to, I found my ears are much to sensitive to use it effectively as shown in the instructions. Even starting with the smallest tip designed for children, it still was too uncomfortable to be tolerable; I figure when something is bordering on the verge of being painful, that's my body telling me to get that damn thing out of my ear! I am back to using a combination alternating between a peroxide wash and the OTC ear drops designed to loosen ear wax. When I feel that regime is no longer effective, then it's to the doctor to have them cleaned by a physician.Given how sensitive the ears are and how easily damaged they can be by introducing a foreign object in the canal which can either push wax further into the ear canal or worse, puncturing the ear drum...I'd rather play it safe and let the doctor do it with the instruments which allow him to see into the ear to see what he's doing.BTW, I once did just that, pushed ear wax deep into the ear and it touched the ear drum which got infected. Another reason not to be sticking stuff into your ear.

It sort of works. It doesn't go in as deep as I need.

so I’m in the military and they always say not to use que tips to clean your hears and every time I got to a range or have to use hearing protection I always have ear wax on the ear plugs. I thought this would be a safe alternative to get the wax out so I don’t push any down inside of my ear. This product is a waste of money and did nothing for me after having it in each ear for 2 minutes. Don’t buy this garbage product

Never again
Gimmicky TV thing that will disappear and reappear in a new form a decade from now. For this thing to work and make significant progress you'd need an earwax build up that otherwise would be better served by seeing a physician. It's cheaply made too. I think these kind of products have a short sales lifespan to suckers like me, then they aren't profitable to produce anymore. It's true value is probably in the $1.99-$3.99 range.

I would recommended to try it out.
It feels strange at the beginning when you start using it but I’m not sure if it cleans the same way like a qtip.

but i found it perfect to itch my ears deep down in there
So i got this hoping my kids would be more willing to let me clean their ears. It’s a little overwhelming for kids, but i found it perfect to itch my ears deep down in there. I always have cleaned my ears but never seemed to really get anything out, but this little magic wand gets it more stuff i even knew was in there!!!

I just got it today, my concern is that ...
I just got it today, my concern is that it is rotating to push the wax inside the ear not to pull it out.Is that right or wrong? And you are saying electric but it is battery operated, so you should change the description of your product.Returned it

Don't recommend. Not very useful and didn't really do anything.
