Ideally I was going to use this for junk/combat RC airplane surfaces/fins. But it is too dense/heavy. On calibrated sub-gram scale weight is 145.15g or 5.1199oz. Caliper thickness at several locations averaged to 0.121". +/-0.002 depending if you count dents from shipping in bubble bag. Damage/dents were not bad but present. True 12" sq. Density works out to 0.2938 oz/in3 or 0.0184 lb/in3 or 0.00051g/mm3 or 0.5084 g/cm3 or about 36.8% of solid PVC. For RC stuff it might make good ablative surface, i.e. fuselage bottom.

Item arrived damaged with a side section broke off. Thankfully, I didn’t need the whole width for my project. I was able to cut and sand the edges to get the shape I needed. Cutting does take patience so that the plastic doesn’t break in a weird way. But it’s not difficult and didn’t take long to cut. I’m using the item to make a back plate for articulated wings after getting a recommendation from someone. The plastic is lightweight, which is what I needed as the project is for my daughter.

Great product

Item came dented when it arrived this should of told me how fragile this sheet was. I used it for a back plate for cosplay wings as it was recommended for that use online. It snapped in my hands with little pressure. Ruined my project and I had to start all over. This is basically slightly harder foam.

The product is okay but the description is misleading. The pictures show 3 sheets and although the description never really says how many with the pictures and the word "sheets" (plural, while the headline does say sheet) makes the consumer believe there is more than one. This is actually for only one sheet (leave off the "s") and mine actually came with a blemish (just one, I left off the "s" for the seller to catch on to the difference) on one of the corners (not a big deal to me as I will be cutting that part away anyways).

I was worried when I first got it. The mail person had just jammed it into my mailbox, bending all the pieces. Wish they would have put a "Do Not Bend" sticker or something on the packaging. With some patient bending and some heavy books I got the pieces mostly flat and they worked well for my project!

Scratches and cracks easily

I bought this on two separate occasions. Both times, it arrived in very good condition with no dents and only one minor scuff on the back of one of them. The clear protective sheet on the front side was still intact on both of them.

The product itself is great, but it was stored or delivered with very little care. This was supposed to be for a photo mounting project for my parents but cannot be used due to it being so scuffed up and dented.
