Not sure how well these pills are doing me but they are a good price.

Did not see a difference
I bought them because I watched so many doctors recommending them for acne treatment. After three months of swallowing one pill daily, I did not see a difference. I did not notice any change whatsoever.

I've been using DIM for years. This brand works fine. I've noticed a difference with my mood after 1 week and notice it if I don't take it for a few days. Great price for 3 bottles.

Recommend this but follow the direction of consumption
Read about this supplement on a social media thought I give it a try. Been taking it for more than a month now and noticed its benefits. Firstly, the reason why I have decided to try this supplement is I used to experience slight bleeding in between my cycle. My gyne said it's normal once you reached your forties and near menopause. I don't mind the age nor the menopause process but the slight "spotting" bothered me- inconveniently. Having taken Dim, the "spotting" stopped. My cycle bang on 28 days cycle and I feel no bloats! And no pre-menstrual cramps. As many reviewed, it does cause slightly darker colour urine but that's easily solved by drinking plenty of water. I also take this with Calcium D-Glucarate and milk thistle.
