So I'm going to caveat this to say I bought it in March (almost 4 months ago) and I've been using it pretty much every day since lockdown.At first it was great! Nice grip, not too soft or hard so my knees weren't hurting and I felt like I could hold poses well (I use it for yoga and HIIT) but recently I've noticed the underside gotten a bit slippy...i.e. the mat seems to move around rather than staying in place which is super annoying. I'm not sure if it's something I did or if the underside is just losing its grip so I'm going to keep using it and experiment. However, the patterns are gorgeous and it's been so lovely otherwise that I'm tempted to just get this again...

Stunning mat, really pretty design and very comfortable, however I got it for yoga and had to return it as the mat is does not provide any grip, i tested it on 10 min yoga workout and my hands kept slipping making me super uncomfortable.
