Good value
I own a solo stove ranger which is great, but wanted something for an extended road trip at different campgrounds where sometimes the fire pit is not in an ideal location, or the firewood I bought ends up being wet etc...just another option. It is definitely not same quality as a solo stove, steel seems thinner, edges are sharper however, it does basically the same thing at half the price. So all things considered if you're on a budget this is a great option. It's also slightly bigger than solo stove mes xl which is good and bad, not quite what I'd consider table top, but it's a good size to have a nice fire that still gives a similar experience to a real campfire

Amazing product!
I was surprised to see how many items the kit came with and I’ve used them all 3 separate occasions: camping, roasting hot dogs with friends and it’s just beautiful to watch the fire! But be careful, it’s hot and it comes with a lid to cover the smoke, which promotes its versatility! The quality is also durable & can be cleaned and carried anywhere.

Just what I was looking for
The media could not be loaded. Works just like the solo stove, but way less in price. Perfect for camping and making smores or just enjoying a small fire on the deck. Easy to start and keep going. I would recommend this to a friend!

When it works it's great - but it doesn't always work
The first fire in this was great. It lit well, heated fast, and had 2nd burn making the smoke level fairly low. The 2nd and 3rd times using it though, it would not catch well, smoked like crazy, and had no 2nd burn. So, when it works it is great, but it doesn't always work. As an asthmatic, smoke makes me asthma act up, and I can smell it on my clothing and hair the next day (after having a difficult night sleeping), so being smokey is really a big deal for me.Still waiting to see what the longevity will look like. It does burnish up quite a bit, but really that's to be expected.

Ease of use effectively heats a 2 ft radius
Great little fire pit not exactly tabletop though....

Easy to use and suits it’s purpose well
Seeking a way to enjoy s’mores with my son despite living in a downtown area where large fires are impractical, I chose a tabletop fire pit as a solution. I needed it to be compact enough for our small backyard, yet effective for our s’more-making adventures. This fire pit has been a delightful addition, exceeding my expectations. It’s easy to ignite and maintain, rivaling the performance of more expensive models I’ve encountered. It facilitates perfect s’more cooking, turning our backyard into a mini-campsite of joy. While it’s slightly larger and more cumbersome than anticipated, its functionality and the pleasure it brings make it a worthwhile investment. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a similar experience.

Burns through fuel quick, second burn works to reduce smoke
+ Does actually have that second-burn functionality to inject hot air into the smoke stream, burning up most of the smoke+ Wasn't fiddly to get started, just some paper and small sticks+ Stainless steel so it shouldn't rust super quickly+ Cooled off enough to pack it up after a few minutes of dumping it- Small, which means you need to feed it a constant stream of small sticks- Definitely not a "rocket stove" - when the bottom layer of coals starts building up, air flow kind of slows down and poof, things stop burning and smoke starts billowing- Too small for much warmth, but definitely good for cooking hot dogs and smores!

Good for tabletop use outdoors
This is a great size for placing on a picnic table or patio table and roasting a few marshmallows. Best when used with hardwood pieces and branches around six inches long and about 1 inch in thickness. It may smoke a little when it first starts but once it heats up its nearly smokeless. I found it easier to light with a camp torch than with a long reach lighter and kindling but use whatever you like. Let it get nice and hot and the airflow will yield little flame tongues around the top of the opening and plenty of heat to melt some marshmallows. The feet fold up for storage and everything fits nicely in the bag. Make sure it is cool before storing as the bag is made of nylon. The stove has a double wall however, it will still get hot on the outside so be careful when touching it during and after use. Don't let your firewood stick out above the top ring or hot embers may fall on the table when they burn. Especially important if you are on a wood table or wood deck. Use a fireproof pad if necessary.
