Harold Imports Islice Opener and Cutting Tool

I use this safe little cutting tool so often and in so many ways. It easily and quickly opens taped packages and boxes, wrapped movies and cds, and just about any product that comes in a plastic bag. I've used it to cut off plastic ties and price tags from items, too. It's a magnet so I keep it on my refrigerator where it is easy to grab quickly when I need it, and it is much safer to use than box cutters or even scissors. A few years ago when I purchased my first iSlice tool, I ran it across the palm of my hand to make sure it was safe enough for my little grandson to use. It certainly is safe, and he has used it to help me open packages many times. I taught him to hold it horizontally as he swipes along the tape, and he never has any problems. I currently have two, and have bought some in the past as stocking stuffers for some of my family. It is just a convenient little tool that can be used for many little jobs around the house or at the workplace.

Perfect, handy slicer! We use ours all the time to cut tape on our Amazon boxes. I just purchased this twin pack to replace our first islice that was about 9 years old. After so many years, and so much use, the blade on our first one had dulled and needed replacing.

These handy slicers are hard to find. So handy for clipping coupons, newspaper articles, recipes and more. I have one that has lasted for almost ten years now. I bought these two as stocking stuffer gifts and know they will be loved as much as mine is.

Our neighbor gave us one and we loved it. Opens those plastic packages easily. I gave one to my son and he was amazed at how easily it worked.

These are great little tools for cutting something out of the paper -- coupons or articles, etc. Also good for cutting labels off packages before recycling. Love these and so glad I found them online.

The little blade should be a little bigger. But works really good with the right pressure.
