Better Bevel 24" x 36" Frameless Oval Mirror | Chiseled Edge | Bathroom Wall Mirror

The mirror is exactly what I want but it came broken and I want to buy a replacement . My problem is that I can't return it as I have had it since Sept. I can't talk to Amazon to find out what to do. My contractor who is remodeling my bathroom broke his leg and couldn't work so the box sat in my dining room all this time. The box did not look damaged. I also ordered 2 larger mirrors and they are just fine. Can anyone help me with my problem. I can't find out who the seller is because it just says Amazon.Better bevel was the nicest and best company that I have ever worked with. The problem was resolved...they sent me a new mirror. The mirrors are positively beautiful.Amazon gave the message to Better bevel and Better bevel asked me to send pictures of the broken mirror and they would reship the mirror.Howerve, I was told to send the pictures to: Peter Bevel- Amazon marketplace. I did so but it are back as an invalid address. Please help me.Thank you.

The mirror was delivered fairly quick and was packaged very well in a large box. There is a scalloped edge around the entire mirror and overall it is very nice. However, I am taking away one star because unfortunately, there was a chip in one section and it appeared to have been there prior to packaging for shipment as there were no pieces of glass anywhere in the box. At first I thought it was just how it was scalloped in that spot, but you could feel the difference from the rest of the edges. While it is a bit noticeable when looking at the mirror (because it causes a change in how the scalloped edge looks there), it wasn’t worth trying to return it. Overall I am happy with the mirror, just wish that chip wasn’t there.

This is a beautiful mirror. It is very thick and substantial. It has a beautiful organic feel to it with the chiselled edging. We had to make a box to mount it on for the back lighting but it had nice vertical and horizontal mounting options.The mirror came very well packed with LOTS of protective packing. I had ordered a different morror before finding this one that never made it to my home due to breakage. I was glad about that though after later finding this one.A beautiful addition to your room indeed!

Arrived in good condition. Packaging inclued a ton of loose peanut style packing, didn't appear to be styrene, but very messy to unpack mirror. Mirror looks great in our second bathroom....a little bit classy even.

Paired with an oval stone sink with random chiseled edges this combination really gets a lot of compliments. The mirror came VERY well packed.

Looks awesome and easy to install.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this mirror. It is very stylish and is a perfect pick for any style bathroom.

The mirrors are very nice with great backing...nicely finished.
