Indulge Linen 100% Turkish Cotton Towel Set (35x70 Inches Bath Sheets - Set of 2, Cranberry)

After reading the reviews and looking at the photos, I thought I was getting a great deal. I might have been misled. First of all, I ordered the Wedgewood color. It looked beautiful and luxurious in the photo. It was quite the let down when I opened the package finding a quite unattractive color of blue, and a towel with very little fluffiness and softness. We have 10-year-old towels in our linen closet way thicker and softer than these. I followed the directions on how to care for the towels, even soaking them for 12 hours in cold water, then washing them and drying them on low. There was quite a bit of lint in the lint trap in the dryer, and the towels didn't gain any softness or fluffiness. I followed the recommendations of NOT using fabric softener or dryer sheets as well. We shall see how these towels "perform" after each use. As of now, I cannot recommend this towel. Look elsewhere. (EDIT- 2-month review). I continued to wash the towels accordingly. Even though our water system is supplied with a home water softener, THESE TOWELS DO NOT GET FLUFFIER OR MORE ABSORBENT !!! I WILL NOW USE FABRIC SOFTENER TO HOPEFULLY MAKE THESE TOWELS SOFTER. I WILL NO USE A FABRIC SOFTENER SHEET. In conclusion, THESE TOWELS CONTINUE TO BE A DISAPPOINTMENT. The hype expressed by the seller IS NOT TRUE OR ACCURATE. BUY A DIFFERENT SET OF TOWELS!

I am a plus size person and I want a towel that will wrap me up. I am very particular about the quality of towels. I purchased three of these towels, and I weighed them when they arrived, each one weighed precisely three lb. Before using I washed them using the directions of no fabric softener, and despite what other reviewers have said, these towels weighed 3 lb each after being washed. They have been laundered several times and are very absorbent very soft and are not shedding or pilling. I couldn't be happier with this purchase and would recommend these towels to anyone. They are wonderful.

This towel has a luxurious feel and weight, far better than department store towels. The pink is attractive for a guest bath that needed a change from plain white. They washed well, no fading and no dryer lint. I don't recommend using dryer sheets with any clothing (the material does not decompose when thrown away and my family is allergic to the chemicals in them). Instead I use the wool covered dyer balls to keep clothing fluffy. I also use a dab of essential oil on the wool balls. My favorite is lemon grass. This practice eliminates static build and leaves a natural scent on clothing. This scent doesn't set off allergies like the chemicals in dryer sheets.

I ordered the burgundy. I knocked off a star because the ones I received are not actually burgundy. They are more brownish rust burgundy. Not at all like the picture. The quality is nice. They are not rough like like cotton Terry.I bought them to sleep on, I have a peculiar pillow set up because my jaw was broken an see my neck was damaged when I was 19. I stack to contour pillows on top of each other, creating a ledge for my shoulder to go under and it makes the top pillow the perfect height to hold my head in line with my spine. I used to wake up in agony before I did this. I put both pillows in a large bamboo zip case I bought here and they both fit. A pillow case will not however and theirin lies the problem, the fiber case makes it very warm and my cheeks break out. So I bought these to lay on. Weird story but there you go.. soft enough to sleep on.I haven't washed them so cannot attest to how they will wash up. I will update after the fact.

The size is amazing and it has a good substantial weight. I don’t like fuzzy soft towels. I want a towel that soaks up water and doesn’t feel slimy. These towels feel perfect. They wash great and get thicker with each wash.

These are plush and enormous with great drying capabilities. I was worried that they might be that weird fiber blend that feels good to the touch but doesn't actually dry anything. These are a nice thick cotton and feel like what you'd get at the pool at a nice hotel. Not quite the level of luxury you'd get from a fancy (and much more expensive) brand but certainly a luxe upgrade to standard bath towels. Great for lolling about the house like a lady of leisure post-shower.

There are many good reviews for these towels. My review is NOT one of them. I am a very pleased Amazon shopper, but the quality of the product that I received for this towel order was truly disappointing.The pictures on Amazon for these show a luxurious towel with vivid color. However, what I received (after waiting for over a month) was a thin cloth, the type you would find in a bag of rags you might buy to work on your car, albeit softer. And instead of the Wedgewood color shown, these were more of a dark, muted blue. They look NOTHING at all like the towels pictured on Amazon.Yes, they were the advertised 35x70 inch size, but that's where the match ended. The pictures show a thick towel. What I received were thinner than any of the several decades old bath towels in my current collection. And when I made my hand wet and tried these towels for absorbency, they simply pushed the water around. Not what I expected for all the hype.The two towels were packed together in a package so small, it fit inside my mailbox, and weighed almost nothing. Despite the Amazon description saying they were made in Turkey, they were shipped from China, with the tracking information in Chinese translating to Shendong Fenggang Warehouse, which is located on mainland China.The top and bottom of each towel appeared as though it had been cut off a roll of cloth with a pinking shears, and these ends where unfinished, with no hem. These bath towels are thinner than some microfiber dusting cloths that I have. Not the type of thing you would wrap yourself in after a bath or shower.Save yourself the disappointment of buying these towels, and avoid the frustration of returning them.

The towels are NOT this color. I don't care much for army green. I measured the towel before washing and it was 71 not 72 inches long. After washing it was a full three inches shorter. No I am not happy with these towels. I gave them to my son for his dog pen
