Qualcast Electric Rotary Lawnmower - 1400W.

The cable was shorter than the previous (older) Qualcast, too short for the area we cut, The switch mechanism on the handlebars is a pain to use (the old one was good) and the grass collector is smaller than the old one so needs emptying more regularly, all this on a cutter the same size as our old one though with a more powerful motor than the old one. Conclusion, It cuts grass but requires more effort and the accountants have found ways of making it cheaper (but certainly not better) to make but not cheaper to buy. Lets hope it at least works for some time.We bought a Qualcast because the last one worked well and for quite a few years, doubt when this one fails that we will buy a third one.

The unit was easy to assemble. Adjustment cut height is also easy to operate. The collection box is very small & there is difficulty filling box due to it design. The box has fabric sides which collapse, ideal for shipping purposes but not very practical for grass cutting. This results in emptying the box on a very regular basis.

Delivery was on time....very good...buy, it didnt meet my expectations ..as there were a couple of assembally bolts missing and a couple of nuts and washers missing...I had to purchase these from B&Q....not really good enough!!!

Cuts well , quick and easy to use

Product leaves cut grass on the mowed lawn even if you half and half overlap when cutting. The wheels also leave imprints on the grass. Cheap price but definitely cheaper quality!

It was easy to assemble once I had removed the parts of the handle which were the wrong way round. It is easy to adjust the height and it cuts well.

Bought this to replace my old Qualcast and it is much better!! Cuts well and is easy to manage (I am an OAP!!) Good value for money.

Not used it yet but looks the job
