Installed the battery. The orange battery light flashes 4 ...
Installed the battery. The orange battery light flashes 4 times then white once and repeats the sequence. Dell says it means the battery isn't recognised. Tried taking out battery, restarting, starting with just the battery and all other combinations. Updated the bios, I downloaded the Dell driver detect software, which updated 2 chipset drivers. This did not help. I returned the product, sometimes things don't work and the refund was quick. As the saying goes "Stuff happens!"
