Must have item if you are doing prostrations.
I bought this item to do prostrations for my Tibetan Buddhist practices. If you are doing the prostrations, you must have this. I was getting injuries on my wrists and my husband got this gliders for me. This stuff slides like crazy on either carpet or on a wood flooring(slides a little better on carpets. Wood flooring has to be seamless and really smooth. I use marker board, a really big wooden board which one side is white and the other side is wood looking, you can get from Home Depot). This Glider made my movement so easy. No more injuries. Thank you so much for selling this gliders. I wish all the Tibetan monastery gift shop carry this item so more people will get through the toughest part of the Ngondro.

Fun and cool!
Makes mountain climbers fun! Good to bring something fun to your workout. It came with ideas on how to use them too. I use them on carpet but it does slide on hardwood too.

Too large and did not work well on my hard wood floors. I found round disc fitness gliders that worked much better

Not fitness equipment at all!!!!
My disappointment is simply because the title of this item is fitness gliders and when I opened my box I was shocked to find our that they were easy movers for furniture, although I know that they can be used for the same, the misrepresentation of this product is terrible I would love to send back and get a refund but I'm not into returning things but I want anyone interested in this to know the truth that you can use these movers as fitness gliders but they are in fact furniture movers
