Any technological account of well designed building could be seen as gift from heaven, so is this one. Four projects of extremely high quality are presented by typical German rigorousness, along with detailed drawings and beautiful photograph. It is the first monograph I've seen which examines the ingredient of concrete!But if there's anything it could prove, it should be the texts. Some are boring, barely descriptions to facts. All constructional technology are concerned individually, the author are apt to combine the conception of the designers and the technology although quite problematic. However, it would be definitely more interesting if he let us know how these designs comply with or differ from generic technology. Well, this might be the job of an architectural historian...
