Fairly accurate goodenough for home fridge or deep freeze .
I found them quite accurate, tested against a precision reference thermometer. +/- 0.5 deg.at -10 deg. to +4 deg. best to keep a fridge at +3 and not above +5deg. (they will not measure below -20) but at -18deg C recommended maximum for a deep freezer both indicated very close within 0.25 deg. it is best to keep a deep freezer at -19 +/-1deg. for long-term safe storage.
