This has helped me a lot as someone who spends most of their days sitting at a desk. Has helped my lower back immensely. I just wish it was slightly taller so my legs were at more of a 90 degree angle, but that may just be a personal preference

Way better than putting my bare feet on a cold mat. Also better than my feet being flat on the floor in my opinion. The only thing I don’t like is the crumbs from my feet sometimes fall inside the small holes
