The 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi limitation for configuration is an issue, but once overcome all else went well. I've ordered more.
The 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi limitation for configuration is an issue, but once overcome the configuration and renaming of the plugs was relatively easy. The plugs integrate nicely with Alexa once the ‘skill’ is enabled. Although you can create groups of plugs with the Tuya app in order for Alexa to perform actions with those groups the groups must be created with Alexa. Using your Alexa app discover devices under Smart Home. Then, under Smart Home / Groups, create a new Smart Home Group adding the devices earlier discovered.

Great smart switch!
These are awesome! Very cheap and they work great. The app interface is easy enough to use. I wish it had the option to display temperature in F. You can change the setting, but when displayed it shows C. I have 2 of these in the office so I don’t forget to shut off my fan and lava lamp (yes lava lamp). I also have one outside connected to a utility pump to automatically water my blueberry bushes from my pond. Will buy more.

Major malfunction - UPDATED. Seller corrected, work perfectly!
UPDATED REVIEW: The plug intermittently turns itself off and on. Half of the time I ask Alexa to turn off the plug she says “device is not responding” and I have manually do it.After contacting the seller about the defective plugs he agreed to send me new devices. He tested them before sending to make sure they worked properly. No complaints with the second shipment. I would give 5 stars if they had all worked properly the first shipment, but satisfied with them now.

Works very well with my Alexa to turn on my lamp
The name is the only downside to this product. You have to say "Alexa turn on mini smart socket." I wish you could rename it because I had a mental block on it for about a week. ☺
