Installtion: Step 1: Place the rack where you want it(on squeaky clean glass - No Soap Scum!) and draw a circle around the cups. (Sharpie marks are easily removed from most surfaces with rubbing alcohol) Step 2: Unscrew the cups from the rack, run them under hot water for a min, then lick them thoroughly (The saliva helps fill surface imperfections and helps glue the cup to the surface). Position the cup in the middle of the circle. Step 3: Press down hard on the screw post while squeegeeing air/spit/water toward the outside. This is the most important step. You have to press hard and YOU MUST END UP WITH A BLACK SOLID RING AROUND THE ENTIRE CIRCUMFERENCE OR IT WILL FAIL! If you don't get it the first time keep rinsing and licking and trying again until you get the hang of removing the air and water from the the cup and getting a good initial stick. Step 4: Very carefully screw the rack onto the posts. You don't want to move the cups at all. Note that the screw doesn't start pulling on the cup until about the last 1/4" of stud thread. You will feel when it starts to get resistance. Keep screwing gently until the knobs stop. Check the back side. Compare to the 2 pictures. You should have a nice, dark, mostly solid black ring. That ring is permanently conformed to the surface and should not go anywhere if you spit on it. Step 5: Using rubbing alcohol, remove your marker marks.
