Cord Works and vendor is awesome, but...
I bought a monitor during prime day that provided a connection cord that didn't fit into my computer. Being not too familiar with hardware, the one thing I did know was that my computer had USB ports. Therefore, I bought this cord. The vendor was great. They shipped the cord promptly and followed up to tell me they were available if I needed anything. I give the vendor a 5/5 rating. The challenge was more with the capabilities of the cord (which really stems from user ignorance of system capabilities). When I connected the monitor with the cord, it defaulted to 800X600 resolution (which is bad). After spending a lot of time to figure out how to fix the problem, it turns out that graphics are a really bad thing to do through a USB port and unless you plug the computer into a USB 3.0 port, there is no way to improve the graphics. The product itself is good, but just be aware of what you are using for and if it will meet your needs. Don't be a nube, like me.

It works!
I feel compelled to write this review because I took a flier on this cable when it only had two reviews, especially when alternatives are easily twice the price. I needed this when I discovered my all-in-one computer had no video out capability. I thought it had an HDMI out, until I noticed it was an HDMI-IN. I don't understand. This just works. I plugged it in, downloaded and ran the driver, and voila. I'm using it right now while I type this. I use it through my USB3.0 port so it doesn't have any issues with down converting the signal. So you're aware, I run this on Windows 10 and I don't do any gaming and really only use it for some light internet browsing, so it's not like I'm trying to push some 4K content.

Driver needs to be updated...
I'm running Windows 10 using an Intel UHD Graphics 630 card. So, I installed the latest version of their driver: 2.1.34054.0 dated 11/13/17, and at first blush, the desktop background looks great! All excited! Then reality hits: I put Outlook on that screen and notice that it's not 100% sharp; some letters are wavy.It works, but I was hoping for the best. Perhaps an updated driver would help.

Be Sure to Install the Driver!!
Item did not work as intended at first and after boxing it up for return, it dawned on me I didn't install a driver. Needless to say, after a quick trip to their website, I had the driver installed and my second monitor working perfectly.I love the fact that it's one single cable and not an adapter that needs to be used with a VGA cable.

The instructions are easy to follow
I purchased this because I needed it to set up the second screen for work. The instructions are easy to follow. I was able to set it up in 24 minutes; I don't know what happened, but I had to uninstall the driver and then install it again. So far, it's held the connection. No issues. I'm so stoked because the one my work provided me kept losing connection and blacking out.

My experience is fantastic...
Um...WOW! Works perfectly. Downloaded driver first. Don't use Firefox to do so, doesn't work. Chrome had no issues. Plugged cable into my laptop's USB 3.0 then attached VGA to the Dell E228WFPc monitor, powered up laptop the monitor and Windows 10 immediately recognized the second monitor in Extend This Display setting (which is exactly what I wanted). Couldn't have been easier! Resolution is perfect. No latency issues between 2nd monitor and my Bluetooth speaker.

Works Great!
I use this to connect a monitor VGA output to my computer's USB port. At first, my monitor's display was magnified, and I found out you have to plug into the higher level of USB port - my computer has two kinds and I don't remember what they're called, maybe 2.0 is one - for it to display properly.

Works Great!
I originally had bought a VGA to USB-C, But it ended up not working for my laptop. I returned that cord and bought this one and it works great. If it is not working for you, I suggest deleting any existing drivers when you originally install this one. When you re-install this driver, it works fine.
