Great for making eggs or stir fry. I used to use olive oil, but it's nice to have an oil with a higher smoke temp. Healthy and the size allows for a decent price.

Love this because it’s a healthy option and a good choice when you need a neutral flavored oil that is suitable for use at high heat temperatures. Comes in a green colored plastic bottle to prevent oxidation. Would be an even better product if it came in a glass bottle but understand the challenges that is associated with shipping. Will purchase again.

Whenever, I’m baking or cooking hose n avocado oil is my choice. The taste of your food using this product makes you want more. The olive oil is nice. It is a value for money spent and you won’t regret it.
