Clock arrived in working order but the remote does not function at all. Please let me know how to return or replace remote for working unit.

This is a great little clock. it does everything I need to teach my exercise classes. It has great functionally and a time taht counts up and down. The remote is easy to use. I would buy this again! I dropped my remote and it broke the IR light so it would not connect to the clock. I reached out and the AZOOU customer service and they were very helpful. They pointed out to me where I could buy a new one that would work with the clock. I am excited to have my remote back. Great product and great customer service.

the info in the description about a 3 V button battery use is wrong, this clock is not able to use a battery (i opened/ pulled the whole clock apart and cannot find a place for 3 V battery insertion (it's not built in the clock) but they describes 3 V 2025 button battery as if it can be used to operate this clock. I bought it several months ago to hang it up on the wall without any wires running through the wall, now i am ready to use it but cannot use it the way i planned and because of there wrong info, and cannot return it because it's been outside the window of time to return it.

Great for little things like solar eclipse timing.

The clock is just fine...what really annoyed me about it was that the cord that hooks into the clock and plugs into the wall is short!!! How am I supposed to hang it on my wall where everyone can see it?
