Other reviews have said that the material is thin and cheap feeling, and I agree with that. I also think that the way the amazon page images are organized may lead to people thinking that this included medical emergency supplies, when it doesn't. You have to purchase any of those separately, which is stated in the text, but I still think the design of the images is confusing at best.All that said, it is designed to open up quickly and simply, and if you load it up with the right supplies, it will work the way it is designed. For that, if you know what you are getting into, I can recommend this on that level.

I love building kits.Go-bags, get-home bags, bug-out kits, first aid kits, you name it.If you're a friend or relative of mine, you've probably received one of my home built kits as birthday or Christmas present.This bag is excellent for what it's designed for.An individual first-aid kit, (IFAK).It's very sturdy, very secure, and quite versatile.I love the lightweight synthetic canvas material that it's made of.It easily attaches to MOLLE/PALS webbing and stays put.There is enough room for all of the essentials without being too big or bulky.The stitching quality is top notch and I am sure this will last a very long time under heavy use.If you're in the market for a bag to start an ifak, (and if you're reading this review you probably are), then look no further.Excellent quality at a very reasonable price.Highly recommended.

A little on the small side for a fully stocked IFAK, but will fit the basics. Decent quality materials and construction with no visible flaws or defects. The only negative that I see are the MOLLE/PALS straps due to them being VERY thin and secured with a small Velcro pad instead of the standard snap or how its folded ( both being much more secure imo). Deployment is a little tricky if you don't pay are to what your doing with the entire pouch able to come off instead of just the inner coming out.

This pouch leaves room for many options to use in it. It does fold up neatly and works as intended. I didn't care for how stiff the fabric was, but that will probably be alleviated with working the material some more.

Great little IFAK pouch and love the design of itOnly complaint is the mounting "strips" - doesn't inspire confident to staying put if secured to a belt.Otherwise I really like this kit.

This isn’t the tactical bag that I was thinking of when I ordered. It’s very thin material. What I like is the quick deploy system but I honestly don’t see this lasting very long. It kinda feels like the material my tee shirt is made of. It’s made in China but that doesn’t always mean a bad product. For leaving in a vehicle or something this should work fine. If you will be wearing it on your vest or pack while breathing through brush and briars I would choose something else.

I like the idea and design of this pouch but the materials used are really cheap. Was definitely expecting a more durable material when I ordered. Definitely has plenty of room for storage and the pull out/fold out design is really cool. Just don’t see this holding up to much abuse.

I really like how well made this pouch is and how easily and quickly items can be retreived from the pouch with just a quick pull. Fits perfectly on my bag and looks nice too

As stated in the title I have given it is what it is there are no supplies with it that the description and pictures clearly show its just a pouch.If I wanted to build one myself I would have gotten a cheap bag from the dollar store and order specific items to fill my kit.Do not waste your time with this purchase and look elsewhere the time it will take to return it is time wasted if i could give zero stars I would.
