Olympia 2827 Hotelware Hotelware Mugs White - Chip Resistant - 12 Pack - 280 ml

These mugs are large and a good price. Two of them were oval rather than round and some had dark spots on them. AlsoI did not realise that they would be stamped Hotelware on the bottom which was disappointing. Not suitable for my purpose but will be great for kids to decorate or just cheep simple mugs for the home.

The majority were fine but 3 out of 36 had handle fractures

Nice material but not well packed… One cup came broken.

Not a bad product but 6 cups damaged in transit ? I ended up re ordering then due to work had to pay for both orders !?! ( never mind ) should really have “ fragile “ markers on boxes

Nicely packed and looked very good quality

I was very disappointed with the packaging of the outer box. It was torn in three corners with rips all across two sides in which the inner packaging was poking out. It was a miracle that the mugs arrived in tact with no breakages.

Three mugs out of 24 arrived with handles broken off - can't contact them or return just the three and I need the others for a school open eveing

White mugs are white mugs! I've only given 3 stars as I've marked the product down two stars because one of the 12 mugs had a large chip on its handle. Given that the piece broken from the handle was not in the packaging, I can only assume that it was known to the packer that it was damaged. I could have returned the whole lot, bit I couldn't be doing with the hassle of returning.Also 10oz is only accurate if you fill the mug to the brim, 9oz is a more accurate measure unless you want spillage.
