Good tool, After i fixed it.
The punch tool required a bit of work before i could get it to work properly.The locating part of the punch tool that allows it to properly fit into the RJ45 terminals would not fit correctly due to some excess plastic from the production of the tool, after i cut this back with a stanley knife the tool was fine and works very well.

Cheap, but you get what you pay for!
Cheaply-made IDC tool which just about managed to complete the eight sockets I had to fit around the house. It's still usable but the trimmer wasn't man enough for the job and just bent the wires over which is fairly typical of cheaper tools. The sprung mechanism doesn't really do anything useful other than click when you push the connections in either.

Works as expected, no issues
Only used it a few times but so far so go good. Not sure if I would buy this for regular use but if your needs are very occasional use then it should be fine.

This krone tool is industry standard. Does the job and is of solid build. Can't grumble for the price either. Pouch is a bit naff and flimsy but not important enough to matter.
