30' x 40' Firestone Rubbergard 60-Mil EPDM Roofing Rubber

Good product, would recommend. Got this on in a few hours, 2 of us, it was heavy but once we got started it worked well. We laid it out then folded it back up to apply the adhesive. Then rolled it back on. Once the edges draped over, we used a crayon to score a line across the drip edge, then cut off the remainder. Quite a few wrinkles for a few days but after the first rain they were all pretty much gone! Put this on a flat concrete 26’x26’ garage roof. No leaks now!

This came all rolled into one lump ,and though it looked like it wouldn’t stay flat and in place it has . It was bigger than we needed so we could wrap it down over the edge of the roof and tack it into place. Very nice ,heavy material. I would buy again when time comes for next roofing change up.

I bought the roofing liner and it is great. I was glueing it down rolling it along and in the middle was a hole the size of my thumb. Contacted seller wanting a discount because now I have to pay someone to repair it. They were jerks on the phone and definitely do NOT care about the buyer. As far as the product, it is phenomenal but I would purchase elsewhere!!!
