NON IRON Parcale Plain Dyed Duvet Cover & 2 Pillow Cases Bed Set (White, Double)

I assume most people considering buying this product are, like me, looking for good quality bedding at an affordable price. I purchased these sheets, and, as recommended, washed and dried before first use. The sheets came out full of creases (despite being clearly advertised as NON-IRON) and what was more disappointing was the material quality. The sheets are extremely thin and are very abrasive, almost like paper. They are not soft at all.I contacted the company who said that once sheets have been washed, they cannot be returned. I found the service to be extremely unhelpful and unaccommodating. I strongly recommend that you save yourselves the £11.40 and put it towards better quality bedding elsewhere - this product is far inferior to generic bedding you can purchase at a similar price from one of the big supermarket chains.

Opened it up and was surprised at the incredibly poor quality - feels rough and very thin, smells funny, the hole to put the duvet in is about 1/3 the size of the bottom and on top of that it was dirty. Found bits of grit in one of the pillowcases and something stuck to the inside of the duvet cover (picture included) that looked a mix between a squashed bug and a booger. Totally disgusted and sending back for a refund. Would not recommend at all

The photos show the pilling.I purchased this duvet cover - admittedly as a budget buy - hoping it’d last me at least a year. I was wary of the extremely low thread count but the low price was ultimately what sold me on it.I don’t like to leave a harsh review but I wouldn’t give this duvet a single point for longevity. It arrived starchy, scratchy and felt very thin. To be expected maybe.I’m a stickler for following washing instructions (I ruined too many nice dresses in my youth!). I washed it on cold, as per the washing label, with our other bedding which I bought elsewhere. I noticed pilling after one wash. No pilling on the other sheets at all so I suspect it is an issue with this particular set rather than my machine.Several months (and several washes) later, it feels awful. It is rough, bobbly and dirt clings to the pilling and doesn’t wash out. Also, if keys / a phone charger/ anything remotely pointy have to be moved from the bed, it causes the fabric to pull apart and threads come loose.On the plus side, I love the poppers. Who can be bothered with buttons? It’s incredibly easy to put on. It’s also great for summer as the thin material keeps it cool. I also like how it doesn’t crease and doesn’t need ironing. I just wouldn’t buy again - I don’t like coming home from a long day of work and jumping into a scratchy, bobbly bed.

I don’t usually write reviews but felt compelled to do so. It’s definitely a case of you get what you pay for. This is definitely NOT non iron which is my reason for writing this. It felt rather rough so washed it adding fabric softener which made little difference and hung it on the line in what can only be described as a crumpled mess. Had to iron it and then put it on my bed. Woke up the following morning to it covered in creases. The fabric is very thin and shows the cream of my actual duvet through which takes the crisp whiteness off. If you’re looking for a soft NON IRON duvet cover this isn’t for you. If on the other hand you want a cheap duvet cover then this is what you’ll get which is why I gave it 4 stars for value for money.

I have marked this product down for three reasons. Firstly I was sent a king size when I had ordered a double and the packaging stated it was a double. I couldnt return it because I launder my bedding before use. Also it has horrible poppers, not buttons, which is very surprising/baffling. Who even uses those things these days. It has now gone horribly bobbly and its like sleeping under sandpaper. Dont bother with this product. Buy cheap, buy twice.

duvet set? pillow cases are white and nothing to speak of quality wise, but the duvet cover is off white ie., not cream, but a dirty looking colour. Sending back and totally inconvenient as was for visitors

Washes up lovely and is good quality too. Impressed with the price and would recommend the white set. I have spent more money in high Street stores and have received terrible quality compared to this.

It’s not the best quality, but what can you expect from the price!First of all I spotted these black dots on the pillow covers. (On the picture) I tried to wash them but as you can see it’s still there.Second it is wrinkly and it’s not that soft!I will probably used it as first cover and put another one on top of it.
