Sharp, uncomfortable and broken.This was the only item I gave found that sounds like it would work, after mouth guards, and that crazy ring thingy.They come in 4 sizes - actually only two sizes as two are ribbed (for noones pleasure I might add)My nose had stretched so much, it felt like I'd been punched by a boxer after 8 hours sleep, makes your nose run all over your pillow too, nice.Also one pair was broken, naturally not going to out it in as it won't come out afterwards!Back to the spare room, don't waste your money guys

This no snoring solution si very efficient for me as I'm snoring from noze. I have recorded several night with my mobile voice recorder to capture the results and it is quite impressive. Easy to install and to breath.

It's not working all the time. My husband is a heavy snorer and I need to find something. I heard him snoring when he used it. It seems this is not a remedy for snoring. My husband lost it several times in our bed and gave up.

Despite the fact that I could breathe through the things just fine, it seems that my body was convinced that they constituted a blockage and I reverted to breathing through my mouth. With a bit of perseverance I managed to get the hang of breathing, so to speak, but then my nose breathing was amplified somewhat as demonstrated by Homer in church.Now despite the day-to-day (or, more accurately, night-to-night) issues with the devices, I found that these things are great when you have a cold. I snore like a pig when I have a blocked nose and, even with the amplified sound of my respiration, wearing the nose vents is easily preferable for my partner to my common cold freight train snoring. They also allow me to breathe and sleep, preventing that annoying feeling of being bunged up that stops you getting a good night's rest.So in providing relief when I have a cold, at least they have a purpose. Unfortunately I can't tolerate them for nightly usage and, given their loudhailer effect on my breathing, neither can my girlfriend.

Great but would love them in orange or something because I spend an age each morning trying to find them if they've fell out.Would buy again if the seller could advise they have bright color available. Can't contact seller though because Amazon doesn't offer me that option :angryface:

I had hoped for better results from this product. Sadly for me all these did was make me sneeze uncontrollably and, not wanting to sound gross, made my nose run but due to the product I couldn't feel it running until it reached my lip. Didn't get more than 10 minutes out of them, and tried all sizes and shapes provided. Perhaps if your inner nose is a different shape or sensitivity level to mine it may work, but who knows?

These actually work really well. Slightly uncomfortable to start with but with more use you hardly know they are there. Very happy with my purchase

Sticking these up your nose is incredibly uncomfortable and does not reach the nasal passages to open them.

These did not work for me and I ended up going back to the strips. I found these did not make it easier to breathe for me because there was so much silicone that it obstructed more than it helped given my very narrow nasal passages.

It didn't work for me. I tried all four sizes that comes with it. The biggest one felt very uncomfortable, so I switched sizes over the course of four nights. While I was getting ready for bed, watching T.V., I enjoyed having this in my nose since I could feel a big difference on how much air I was breathing. However, when I tried to fall asleep, I kept finding myself waking up just as I was about to doze off. I'm not sure if it was because I was self conscious about this in my nose, or what. But I swear there were times I actually stopped breathing and woke myself up. Nevertheless, it's got a 100% money back guarantee, so I'm shipping it back for a full refund. It's worth a try. Who knows, it might just work for you like it's worked for others.

Pächkchen kam relativ spät, und das Plastikdöschen hatte keinerlei Aufkleber/Info zu was auch immer (wie eigentlich auf dem Foto auf Amazon gezeigt. Es enthält verschiedene Größen was gut ist um auszuprobieren, aber wieso muss man, wenn man seine Größe verliert alle nachbestellen? Wieso nicht kennzeichnen mit Nummer und nachbestellbaren Artikel draus machen? Durchaus verbesserbar aber gut im Grundgedanken.

Helps control my moderate obstructive sleep apnea. Trying this instead of bulky CPAP machine.Getting good rest now without snoring. Took a couple of nights to get used to, of course.Use a bit of coconut oil applied in nose to prevent drying. Clean daily isopropyl alcohol rinse.Note: I use medical paper tape (bought for $2 at drugstore) to hold in place comfortably all night. Have a mixed feeling about this product actually. Positive aspect of the product is that it really does work. It absolutely works. I will make breathing really easy and comfortable. The negative aspects is that it will come off in the middle of the night.
