It sped up the growth rate of my nails. I saw a slight difference in my skin using this. No difference to hair growth. Not buying this again.

This has to be one of the best brands of hair vitamins that I have tried (and I have tried many). The stress of Uni left me with a ton of breakage and I experienced more stress seeing my hair fall. I bought these and have used for two months and my hair is already thickening and growing back to its full length.

I like these pills a lot
I like these pills a lot. It seems like my hair is growing a lot faster and I have a bunch of little hairs sprouting which makes me happy. These are also the cheapest I have found anywhere so a good purchase!

Love the product!
Forever I have suffered with acne. Since taking this product for several weeks now and have noticed my skin has improved dramatically. Even nails are stronger and seem to be growing faster. I am yet to notice a change with my hair but I've read online that it sometimes takes months before the effects can be seen but I'm hopeful I'll get some results soon.
