I purchased these to help with my nighttime teeth grinding. If you microwave them, they will adjust to fit your teeth.The plastic they are made with is soft and gummy, and comfortable when in position for extended periods of time. For the cost, I would recommend if your having a similar issue.

I ordered this product to wear to bed due to me grinding my teeth while I sleep. Over the years, my teeth have become sensitive and I wake up with jaw pain. My dentist recommended that I try a dental guard to lessen or eliminate some of these issues. So the first night, I woke up with it in my bed. Not sure how long I actually slept with it in. Ha! Second night I actually kept it in all night! I noticed a huge difference in how my jaw felt in the morning. I will continue to wear this nightly. The case it comes with is a huge bonus. It stays clean and I keep it on my nightstand. I highly recommend this to anyone suffering from the same issues I have.
