I’m super picky when it comes to straighteners. I hate that some of them cause my hair to frizz, even if I add stuff to it before hand.I took a before picture, to show how crazy my hair was. Then the after picture when it was straightened.It heats up super fast. It has a Velcro strap on the cord, so you can keep the cord tied when it’s not in use. It also has a lock, so the straightener isn’t constantly opened. I thought that was neat.It took me about 7 minutes to straighten my hair. Which is normal for my thick hair.I do have to do smaller amounts because it’s a smaller straightener width, but other than that- I really love it so far. My hair isn’t staticky at all, and I’ve still got my hair down. That’s unusual because I usually put it right back up in a ponytail, since it does get frizzy, and it drives me crazy on my neck! And it straightened my bangs super well, which doesn’t happen often!!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for sure!!!!

This is my first hair experience with a straightener. I originally marked this down as 2 stars because there was a defect in the button that holds the iron closed and I couldn't grip hair with it. However the seller sent me a replacement right away and the replacement has no problems with it. I can open and close, lock and unlock with ease and grip my hair. I love it!Im happy with the way it smooths my hair. The color is lovely. The cord is extra long which I really appreciate. I still wish there were some kind of stand like the older curling irons have. But from what I can tell none of the smoothing irons have stands.Ive never tried any other hair straightener before so I do not have anything to compare this one to. Im happy to have it.I would purchase from the seller again.

This is honestly the best straightener I’ve ever owned. It came well packaged and also comes with a nice bag for storage. The cord is plenty long and has a Velcro thing to keep it wrapped when not in use. But the best part is how quickly it heats up!! The numbers quickly increase and you can see how close it is to the temp you set it at. It takes less than one minute to heat up to 450. And then once heated, it is easy and quick to use on your hair. No snagging or anything like that. I’m not very good at curling my hair with a straightener but I do think this straightener would be good for curling too because of how sleek it is.

This product is not worth the money at all. It is a pretty rose "gold" .... lightweight plastic. If you dropped it, it would break. There is a nice digital display that shows the temperature of the iron. Upon immediately turning the flat iron on -- it buzzes very loudly and is quite alarming the first few times of use (sounds like it might explode). As far as the effectiveness of this one -- I've had better quality flat irons from Walgreens.

This is my first new straightener in years and I am so impressed by the quality. I have thick hair that is gets a little crazy. This keeps my hair straight all day and helps tame frizz. I LOVE how fast this product heats up! It only takes about 30 seconds on the highest heat. I love that the temperature is adjustable because I have a 7 year old with curly hair and she doesn’t need that much heat applied to her hair. It does not pull hair at all and glides smoothly on hair. Do yourself a favor and grab this one before it’s gone!

BEAUTIFUL quality packaging! Makes you feel like you bought something special. Love when a seller has quality packaging...makes it feel like an experience when making a purchase and opening it which I appreciate so much! The product itself is clean looking and very sleek and most importantly appears to work just fine. It does make a very faint buzzing sound when its on so I'm hoping that's not indicitive of anything. If it is ill surely update this but as of now I've used it multiple times and it works good. I loved this purchase, opening it made me feel good and using it made me feel great. Thank you Sumlife so taking time to make your product and packaging affordable and beautiful. It makes me as a consumer feel special. Will purchase from this company again for sure when the time arises!

I've only been using this a week but it is superior to many I've tried. I previously had an Amovee flat iron (not mini) and loved it but dropped it about 100 times and finally it didn't survive. When I went to replace it there were none available unless I wanted a 1.5 inch. I tried that one but it didn't work well. I finally just bit the bullet and ordered this one. So far it has been great. Many flat irons I've tried, I've had to put it on 450 to get my hair to straighten (I do not have hard to style hair. It isn't thick, it isn't coarse. I should be in the 350 range). This flat iron heats well, and I can use it on a more normal temperature. Not only that but it works fast. Heats up very quickly and maintains temperature. It has an auto shut off which helps for when I forget to turn it off.When I first pulled it out of the box I was concerned there was no display of temp but I was wrong. You can't see it until you turn it on. The display shows through the casing and is very clear. I'm actually surprised how well this flat iron works and would recommend it. And should I drop this one too many times, I'll buy another.

This iron is great for many features and reasons. However I would not call this professional grade. You see, I am frequently traveling. One time I left my very expensive iron in a hotel! Thankfully they kept it safe for me and I was able to get it back next time I was there. However I didn't want to risk it again with one of my favorite and very expensive ones. This one does have multiple heat settings and a locking system that I do enjoy. It's good, it's just not salon quality. For the price I was expecting much worse honestly! After a couple of days of use I did notice my hair looking damaged a little, so I do recommend adding a little extra protective serum to your hair than you normally would when using this iron. Other than that, I've been satisfied. It does take a few extra passes on my very thick and course hair... But that's okay. The price is great, especially with all of the features!
