It works
I had been dealing with irregular period as well as pretty bad PMS.. This made my period come a few days early which I wasn’t expecting. Better than it being a week late in my opinion.. Overall, my period symptoms were better too. It was so “normal,” shorter, no clotting or heavy bleeding. I’ll continue to take Vitex but will try another brand since they increased the price. I literally saw results after three days (taking 1 in the morning & two at night). Eventually I plan to switch to 2/day.
