iPhone 12 pro Overheating No More
After a recent iphone iOS update my iPhone 12 pro was getting hotter than normal. Specifically when I tried streaming (kid sports), charging (always gets hotter when charging), and using bluetooth (connected to ipad mini) my phone would over heat and shutdown since the software update. It had never over heated before but did it 4 times in a row after the iOS 17 update. After attaching this little device I was able to stream a video again without problems. So far I've only done one video and it has worked well. I streamed a game for over an hour and the phone was barely warm outdoors. I haven't tested in direct sunlight though. Direct sunlight also heats up the phone quickly. I also haven't tested how long the fan's battery lasts because I had an external battery charging the fan, my iphone, and ipad at the same time. I used an infrared thermometer to see that the fan was cooling the phone significantly but honestly I didn't even need the thermometer because you can tell by touch how significant of a difference it made.Pros:- I'm really glad that you can use the fan while it's plugged in.- I'm glad that it uses usbc- It is a very silent fan. If you are shooting a quiet video it will pick up the fan noise but with every day use it is barely perceptible.- You can feel the device getting cool to the touch within seconds of turning it on.Cons:- I wish the fan was a tiny bit flatter. It gets in the way of my wide shot if I don't place it properly. It still fits with my phone mount and I can keep it out of the shot but if it was slightly slimmer I could place it even better. I might just shave off some of the superfluous plastic to make it slimmer myself.Overall for the $10 price I paid it was a great purchase and provided value immediately. I should've purchased it sooner.

NOT BAD FOR INDOOR USE!!
EDIT: Sadly I had to amend my review. When using the device in a vehicle with AC it had a hard time doing its job. I have returned it.I was amazed that this device was on $10. It works exactly like the other units that cost 4 times as much. My iPhone 15 Pro gets warm when running multiple APPS when I’m driving. The phone is running Nexar (a dash cam app that streams to the phone. I’m also using the Sirius XM APP over Bluetooth to my car’s head unit. Even though this is the latest and greatest iPhone it will heat up when running so many APPS. I bought this cooler to keep the phone’s temp down so I don’t have battery degradation. The only issue I have is that when you use the clasp to attach it to the phone, the cooling plate is off centered. A majority of the heat comes directly from the center. It still is adequate and the plate coolness migrates to other areas on the back of the phone. I may just buy another since it’s so inexpensive. Definitely worth the money.

Mostly Good
It works good for the price. Gets cold enough to form condensation. LEDs aren't as low quality as I was expecting. The rechargeable battery is nice, but isn't very useful. This is because it only runs at full power when plugged in, otherwise you can hear the fan get quieter when unplugged. I could understand this for low batter, but it should still run at max when fully charged. Works ok for my S22 Ultra, but because of the cameras and buttons, it can't reach the motherboard. All in all, it still lets my phone run at a better performance, and is good for the price if you aren't looking to buy an expensive one. Cheaper option, just put your case in the freezer and put it on your phone when needed. This is better for convenience.

Cools almost instantly
This an amazing product not just for moblie gaming but for any activity that is heavy on any phone. I love how it cools down my phone when drawing and extending the time I can work on my art.

Useful for device cooling, especially with an internal rechargeable battery
Thermoelectric coolers are interesting to me because in a small space, they can apply a noticeable cooling effect. However, they typically are not very energy efficient, plus in a portable application, they are even less efficient because the metal plate that cools will rest aside some sort of insulating material, whether glass, plastic, rarely metal. This cooler is similar in design to others I've used, with an adjustable clamp, a fan, and RGB lighting. What is different though, is that it has an internal rechargeable battery.Interestingly, I measured a 26 degree temperature drop on the actual portion of the cooling plate where the fan is, and a 21 degree temperature drop on the rest of the plate, using my IR thermometer.Of course, the cooling won't be as effective against the glass-back of a phone (and especially a case), but it will still help. This is a handy item to have around, due to the internal rechargeable battery. It'll largely depend on your use case whether it is worth it for you. On a full charge, it was able to function for over 90 minutes, which is great. One additional note; to charge you'll need a Quick Charge or an older USB BC charger as newer USB-PD or PPS chargers will not charge this.

Inconvenient to use
I got this cell phone cooler to keep my phone cool while charging it in my un-air conditioned car during hot weather. I also plan to use it to keep my phone cool during outdoor vendor markets here in Texas. There are some great features on this phone cooler. One, it has an adjustable clip that allows it to be used on phones from 4.7” to 7.5”. Two, it is portable and small enough to carry in your pocket. Three, it does cool. However, it is inconvenient to use. For it to really work you have to remove your phone case. This is a big negative in my opinion so I’m only giving it three stars.

Keeps Your Phone Cool While Gaming, But Could Be Better
This Phone Cooler Semiconductor Radiator promises to keep your phone cool and fast, specifically designed for gaming and live broadcasting. While I found the concept innovative and the promise of rapid cooling appealing, the actual performance fell a bit short of expectations. On the plus side, the cooler does slow down how long it takes to reach thermal throttling, which is a great win for gamers. However, the device's cooling performance wasn't quite as impressive as I had hoped. While it did bring the temperature down somewhat when left running for a while, it began to heat up again under a heavier load. This may limit its usefulness for prolonged gaming sessions or intense live broadcasts, which could be a drawback for the core audience this product targets. The device is also supposed to cool down your phone from 100℉ to 50℉ within a minute. In practice, I found this cooling capability limited and the claims exaggerated when the unit is under an actual load. The promise of an instant temperature drop from "hot" to "cold" may not hold up under real-world conditions.Overall, the Phone Cooler Semiconductor Radiator is a good concept with potential, but it might need a bit more refinement to truly deliver on its promises. For casual users, it can certainly slow down the thermal throttling process, but for heavy-duty gamers or broadcasters, it may not fully meet expectations.
