Used this on my 1996 Kawasaki Ninja 600R. There were no other points to mount it and the classic hole spot was too small for a fork stem mount. This mounts easily and the inclusion of metric and imperial bolts is a great touch. The connection to the brake reservoir is solid and the metal feels extremely sturdy. There was plenty of room in the adjustment holes to make it fit so the install was super easy. Works with pretty much any ball mount phone holder too.

I purchase this for my 92 Goldwing 1500se trike. It worked perfectly with the screws and very sturdy with my iPhone . Definitely would buy again.

lower-cost alternative to RAM

You get extra screws, so it'll fit pretty much. Any japanese or american bike spacers, hand washers and metric. I'm using it on a silver wing six hundred.

It fits/works as expected. Mounts easily with slotted bolt holes.

I got this in about two days and needed a 5 (or 6?) hex wrench to install. It comes with both standard and metric screws. No instructions, so I used the metric screws with the washer and polymer spacer between the front portion of the housing and the mounting bracket. Just the top part first loosely while the bottom screw stayed just barely in so it wouldn't all fall apart. Then after the top part was just barely holding, I swapped out the bottom screw with the metal washer then polymer bumper then new bracket. Tightened both up and it was just a matter of attaching the phone holder...piece of cake. Took all of ten minutes and went together flawlessly.
