Wrist feels great with this!
I just got this mouse in the mail and am already using it while it charges. I love it! My hand is so comfortable on this mouse. I checked the measurements the description gave compared to my own hand. I did not exceed the recommended length or width and actually veered to the recommended max measurements. I suppose the only things I can say so far about it is you can definitely charge while in use, just be sure to not only plug the charger in, but the wifi toggle/dongle (?), too. The right side of my hand does hang off the edge if I place my right forefinger on the clicker, but not if I put it on the rest space on top. It IS a little different to click with my middle and ring fingers as a result, though. I definitely recommend getting a more vertical mouse like this for ergonomic reasons.

For anyone with hand discomfort when using a regular mouse
I had carpal tunnel surgery recently and the physical therapist suggested the use of a more 'vertical' computer mouse. I still was experiencing some discomfort using a regular mouse when I purchased this one.It is very true that this mouse may not be appropriate for anyone who has a large hand - my hand takes a size 71/2 - 8 women's glove size. At first I seemed to over-reach the mouse when I used it but, once I got used to it, I've had no issues nor discomfort at all! One of the best features of this mouse is that when it is inactive, the cursor 'disappears' but with a click the cursor reappears. I use 2 screens at work and always seemed to 'lose' where my cursor was last positioned and on which monitor. This no longer happens with this mouse.

No more pain or weakness!
I love the feel of this mouse! It is very comfortable and easy to get used to. The only thing I'd like to see change is the ease at which the thumb buttons are pressed. I use this for gaming and would prefer if they were a bit more responsive.Overall this has really helped with the pain and weakness in my wrist, as I am always either crocheting or on the computer. I went back to a regular mouse to test, and the pain came back within hours. I won't go without this mouse now.EDIT 2/27/18 : The mouse wheel is becoming less responsive. I have a feeling the wheel was cheaply made. Overall still a great mouse, though, and I am still happy with my purchase.

Issue: failed to function as a mouse
It worked for about 3 months, and the pointer starts to "dance" around on the screen even though the mouse is stationary. Now after 5 months of use, the left click does not respond to my clicks properly and would "quit" during drag-and-drop action unless you shift your finger all the way up to the tip of the mouse to press the click. The mouse now "teletransport" to a new location at random, during a move or not. It also "loses focus" so your click cannot be precise ( I would accidentally click the wrong thing because it won't respond).During the time that it works, I find the mouse a bit larger than my hand. I wear small size glove with long fingers relative to my palm size. I am a college student and use mouse daily. This by far is the worst mouse I have owned in terms of function. In the summertime, I find that my palm gets hot because there is no room in between the mouse and your palm. So if you have a bigger hand you may be fine. The mouse is more ergonomic, that is true. My wrist feels better and cannot go back to flat mouse. But I am buying a new mouse.

Good to get your feet wet, but prepare to invest in another shortly
I've patiently waited before writing this review. This is a great purchase for trying out an ergonomic mouse, but don't expect it to last for more than a month. I've e-mailed customer service well over two business weeks ago regarding about my issue and have not heard anything back at all. I even bought up the 1 year warranty they claim to have had on their product. My mouse got issues after a month of general use at an office job. The issue is that the middle scroll button won't scroll up when scrolling. It was fine when I first got it, but now it's not working anymore, making it impractical to use the mouse anymore.I really did enjoy using this mouse while it lasted. I would recommend others to try this mouse out, but to not expect it to last long so you get what you pay for.

A big flaw.
Is more ergonomic than regular mice and thus very happy.Wish there was some grips on it.Wish the scroll was smoother.Wish the rechargeable batter lasted longer.Reason it gets 5 stars is the price makes all of its minor flaws perfectly understandable.<<UPDATE>>Well, it seems that my praise was a little too quick. I'm 4 months in and the left clicker is only sometimes responsive, which is annoying. If I push down really hard, it works 100% but that's annoying.

Issues after only a month of general use.
This item begun having issues only after 30 days of use. This mouse wasn't even used for gaming, it was only for general use. Reached out to Autley about a month ago and still haven't heard anything back from them. So now this mouse is just sitting in a box being useless. The biggest issue we have is the input clicker is moving even when the mouse isn't being used, and it is just as bad when using the mouse for inputs (we want to go left, the input goes up or down or crazy directions).I purchased the warranty with this item, but sadly they won't honor it until the manufactures warranty is expired. So I guess with Autley not responding back to our emails, we will be waiting for the warranty to expire so we can use the warranty we purchased on Amazon.

High hopes but disappointed
Had to return the product after less than a month as it stopped communicating well with my computer. I would move the mouse but the pointer would jerk around on the screen and I could never fully highlight words. Liked the shape of the mouse and it definitely made my wrist feel better, but I needed it to actually work.
