Decent quality for balloon twisting
I bought these just to play around with (I'm attempting to learn how to create basic balloon animals to delight my 4-year old). They were pretty forgiving of my amateurish attempts. They came in a good assortment of colors, they're the "true" 260 size, and I haven't run into any manufacturing defects yet. The colors look dull in the bag, but they're definitely metallic once inflated. The level of metallic color is good - it's opaque and doesn't show much sign of oxidation. Like all decent 260 balloons, you gotta use a pump to inflate them. I'll probably buy them again.

Beautiful balloons for making balloon animals!
My boss used these for teaching me how to make balloon animals plus for a kids carnival at our work. The metalic colors made the balloon animals for me and the kids special. They are easy to use and the right length for balloon animals. I came back and bought more! Definitely a favorite!

Good but fat
These work well in the sense of not popping with every twist. I also love the colors. However, they are quit thick compared to others.

Exactly like the pictures!
These balloons were perfect for my party! We wrapped them around regular balloons to add a bit of whimsy and made flowers, swords, dogs, etc to add to the decor. They look dull but once inflated they really are very metallic. My package could have used a little more diversity since the majority of the balloons were pink or gold- but it wasn't a deal breaker.I used a hand pump b/c the electric ones wouldn't work. It starts out difficult to inflate but once you get a little air in, it's really fast. You do get some residue on your hands (and arms...) but it washes off easily.

Color in the photos is misleading. Quality is very low.
There are 6 colors as indicated in the photo, but in the package of 260 (haven't counted assuming number is correct) there are 3 that aren't gold, silver, or red. Purchased specifically to get some blue balloons for my son, who is getting into balloon animals and likes the color blue. There is 1 blue, 1 purple, and 1 green balloon total in the package. Additionally some of the balloons in the package are already shredded, so QA wasn't that great. Have yet to have a chance to use these balloons yet so not certain how easily they inflate or anything like that, but pretty disappointed based off of just examining the package contents.Edit: After some usage they really are quite a lovey color, too bad none of the colors we wanted arrived. They don't seem to be particularly challenging to inflate or manipulate into various shapes. However a disturbing number of the balloons seem to rip completely down the side, almost as if they've been scored or something. Gets back to that lack of QA I'd say about 1/4 to 1/3 of the balloons we've tried to inflate have had this catastrophic sidewall failure. Add in the fact that some of the balloons in the package were already visibly ripped when we received the item, and I have to revise my review to an overall of 1 star. I paid extra for more balloons but at the end of the day due to the QA failures I probably have about the same number of useable balloons.

Decent for the price, but don't expect to use them at a gig
First off, despite the manufacturer being listed as Vumsum, the brand name on these balloons is Shuaian. This makes no difference to me, as I knew I would be getting cheap balloons from China, but it's worth putting the real brand name they're selling out there.I got a fairly even distribution of colors; the actual numbers are 16 pink, 13 purple, 14 blue, 20 green, 19 gold, and 18 silver... which, yes, does indeed add up to 100 balloons. This is a Your Mileage May Vary kind of thing, obviously, but it seems unlikely there's any kind of bias with the color selection. Finally, onto the quality of the balloons themselves! They're... okay. The first thing you'll notice is that some of them appear to have some kind of residue on them, most visible on the blue ones. Upon closer inspection, however, you can tell that this is just the natural color of the latex, made visible due to the stress put on it by the machinery used to form the balloons. It's a sign that these balloons are pretty cheaply-made, but on the bright side, these issues are only on the nozzles and tails, so shouldn't really impact the life of the latex. Especially considering just how thick that latex is.The reviews aren't kidding when they say that these things are hard to blow up. Maybe it's to account for the rough machines, maybe it's because the pigments used would weaken thinner latex, but these are easily the thickest twisting balloons I've ever seen. Even I, someone who regularly inflates two-inch-long fragments with no nozzle and two balloons at once, by mouth, struggled to get air into them. If you twist balloons professionally you'll undoubtedly be doing so with a dual-action pump, which these shouldn't be a problem for... but if you're a professional you're probably not considering buying these anyway. Qualatex Chrome, the product line these are a ripoff of, cost twice as much; however, it might be worth it just to use a brand you're familiar with. They twist pretty easily. They are, again, VERY thick, but it's less of a problem with twisting than it is with inflating. One thing you'll have to keep an eye on is how easily twisting them causes the air to push into the tail. That robot was supposed to have a smaller head and longer antenna, but this somehow snuck up on me. On the bright side, the thicker latex takes pop twists exceptionally well; about seventy hours later, despite a bit of shrinkage overall, the robot's hands are holding firm. They don't take Sharpie quite as well as the major brands, so if you tend to do a lot of art, you should keep in mind that it'll take the ink a few seconds to dry.The biggest issue with twisting is the residue you get from the balloons. After just the couple minutes of counting and separating them by color, I could feel... something, on my hands. Maybe it's less pronounced when handling them fully inflated, but based on that alone, I'd recommend against using these in a situation where you'll be twisting balloons for extended periods of time. They seem like they would be fine for things you have to prepare ahead of time (which, honestly, feels like the purpose of metallic balloons), but at the same time, you could just spend the extra money and get the Qualatex or Betallatex equivalents.
