Way smaller than I expected, but I wanted small...
Very well built. I couldn't fit a standard sized Israeli dressing in it, so I'm going to try a mini dressing. The Hyfin vented chest seal fits perfectly. going to add some mini packs of packing gauze as well. It isn't clearly shown in the pics, but there are elastic loops on the bottom to hold a tourniquet. So far, I have tried to beat this up a little. I have a competition in a few weeks that is typically pretty hard on gear. I think this one will survive just based on its lower profile. Good piece of kit for the range, but it doesn't hold as much as typical IFAKs.

Great low profile medical pouch. Underrated
The media could not be loaded. Petac makes some of the most underrated pouches. Their prices are great. Their integrated straps are easy to put onto molle or PALS webbing (easier than the thicker snap straps and thinner than malice clips). This medical pouch is very low profile and has the ability to hold a TQ, compressed gauze, 4" rolled gauze, a pair of gloves, 2 small chest seals, sharpie and some iodine pads with space leftover. This definitely isn't the biggest medical pouch but it holds the essentials easily. This isn't a rip away IFAK or medical pouch but it's a great addition either way where some of the rip away pouches I have are a lot more bulky. This still is comfortable enough to keep on a duty belt and sit in chairs or lay on your back without being a nuisance.I highly recommend this medical pouch. I highly recommend Petac in general. This is coming from a guy who buys Esstac, Defense Mechanisms, Agilite and some the most expensive pouches and kit that's compatible with Petac's belts and accessories.Medical pouches are overlooked by a lot. If you value your life and the life of others buy an IFAK or medical pouch, stock it with the essentials and learn how to use those items. It's a great overall skill to have anyways.

It’s okay
I recently did a JRTC rotation. I can’t tell if the frayed edges are from poor material or the fact I walked through 30 plus draws filled with thorns. It fit my entire RFI IFAK list excluding the gloves and tape(almost useless). I would recommend it as a backup IFAK on a spare FLC or MSV/IOTV.

Compact IFAK
I like the size of this pouch since I carry my version of a blow-out kit at the small of my back when I go to the range or as an RSO. The materials and workmanship seem very good, and it fits wells on my 1.75" gun belt. It is large enough to hold two 4" Israeli-type bandages, and a gen7 tourniquet in the lower elastic bands. It could hold other items depending on your loadout. Would recommend this pouch.

Good Quality
Its a good quality pouch for an Ifak but pretty sizable to be used for EDC. Fits all the necessities

It's good but...
It's good but, I wish it came with an insert that I could pull out.

Good kit
Bought this to carry on a competition shooting belt. Cost about 1/3 of what something similar costs. Works as intended. Save your money for training on its contents. More value in the training.
